Stayed here for a festival. Easy walking to nearby public transportation, clean and comfortable rooms. The street noise outside made earplugs necessary for sleep, but that was to be expected in the downtown area. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The staff were kind and helpful.

Don't stay here. Rooms are super tiny. There is no parking. You have to park in a garage down the street for 50 bucks. The entry of the hotel smells like urine and trash because there are a bunch of homeless hanging out right outside the hotel. It felt unsafe bringing in my luggage because I was limited to 10 to 15 minutes before they'd give me a ticket. Horrible. Never again!

Rooms are nice & clean. Staff is nice & very flexible, I didn’t have a credit card for the deposit but they were able to work with my debit card so I appreciate that. Only thing that sucked was there’s no parking so you have to park down the block & pay $45 a night at a garage & walk there with all your belongings. Also the area is sooo ugly & scary so it did suck having to walk with all your things in front of all the homeless people. 8/10 stay.

I just wanted to write this review because it’s a little messed up. This place was good at first the first night our toilet overflowed in the gentleman at the front did switch our rooms, but there was a weird smell in the other room and we just have to live with it. He said he was gonna refund us for that night and he never did. The breakfast is just like toast and coffee and cold cereal. That’s pretty much it don’t try to extend your stay here or anything like that because on your last day, though woman at the front will tell you that they have plumbing issues and that they can’t take your reservations yet you can easily book a new reservation and if she doesn’t like you, she will not let you stay and call you horrible things under her breath

The room was very clean and exactly like the photos. The breakfast had a bunch of choices to pick out from. The staff was very friendly and helpful they keep the front lobby locked so no random people can just come into the building. That made me feel much safer.

The bed was actually quite comfortable with ample amounts of pillows. The shower was spacious and had good pressure. The room was extremely small, but it was all you needed. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. The continental breakfast was simple, but enough to get you going for the day (and with how expensive San fran is, it was nice to have breakfast provided twice!) I would definitely recommend staying here if your in San Francisco. It's easy to get around by public transportation and there are good places to eat close by. Next time I go to San Francisco, I'll be trying to stay here again.

Bed sheets on day 2 turned down. Coffee stains from previous guest on sheets

Breakfast was just basic but definitely helpful to start the day. Lots of restaurants and shops around the place and hence very much convenient for a short stay in SF. Also value for money.

They changed me $100 deposit and they don't refund the money yet. I left the place very cleaned and organized and I made video.just in case.
