Stanyan Park Hotel

Great classic hotel with morning breakfast and wine hours in pm. Across street from SF Park. Will definitely stay again!

Great location and staff is very helpful and accommodating. Appreciate the complimentary wine hour and included breakfast.

Classy hotel, nice lobby and decorated rooms. Perfectly located for walking or taking streetcar to all the sites oceanfront and North Beach. I was a little perturbed that the front desk said they’d call me when my room was ready but never did. Great illy coffee maker and water in the room. Well appointed. Stay here!

Absolutely lovely and great location across from Golden Gate Park and around the corner from Haight Ashbury. Plenty of little shops and coffee houses in walking distance and Whole Foods!

Fantastic location and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We loved the historical aspect and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice Hotel in SF. Lots of History. It a great area! The only negative is that you park across the street in the open, but next door to the SF Police Department. It's also 2 doors down the the infamous Harborside Dispensary and a great Pub. All your vices 2 and three doors down! Anyway, I'm 72 and enjoyed the Hotel and location!

Overall really good. The snacks and staff are the highlight. Room is ok, a little on the older side. If your looking to stay close to UCSF, it was walkable. Its also walkable to Goldeb Gate Park and a lot of other great SF stuff.

This time I was traveling alone, and I could not have been more pleased with my room, with the amenities, with the staff… The hotel even offers a little happy hour in the early evening, and a very nice breakfast in the morning. I found it to be a lovely place and would go back anytime.

Clean room, WiFi was not great. Breakfast was simple, but good.

Great property and great location. That said, it is a historic building with original windows. Staying here, you will experience SF.

Great location, breakfast, and wine happy hour!

Stayed here while a family member was in UCSF hospital for surgery for 5 days. Very close to the hospital. 5 minute Uber ride. Do not walk to UCSF hospital, too many hills. Lovely and charming, love the victorian staircase. Feels like a bed and breakfast. This is an old refurbished building, but it does not smell old. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. The downstairs parlor room with daily breakfast, snacks, wine/cheese was wonderful. You can have hot tea/coffee all day available in several locations in the hallways and parlor. So inviting and warm.💗 👉CAUTION: DO NOT choose a room towards the front of the hotel near the bar next door. Very noisy, even with the windows closed. That's my only negative. I had a room upstairs by the noisy bar.

I could hear the people above me however , from the firs floor. Walks a bit thin but nice ambience.

Very clean well situated lovely hotel. Only problem we had was the night we stayed there there was no hot water. I guess it's not the first time but other than that it was great! Hot water was on the next morning.

Location near Golden Gate Park was great

Booked it for my elderly mother and her friend to have a girls night out before a routine procedure at UCSF Parnassus. They loved it, and how close it was to the park, restaurants, and the hospital.

Really like this hotel and location. But road noise at night is a problem for us. Busy street with lots of noise for light sleepers.

Great customer service. Nice completely wine bar for an hour and perfect easy simple breakfast in the am. Pretty quiet also
