Nice place. Neighbourhood is not the best. Be careful at night. Property was clean and staff very helpful. Room was nice.

Staff was great. Easy check in and they accommodate my early arrival with parking and access to the pool. Overall a great experience

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Room was slanted. Bathroom was wried and tiny. Door stayed open.

Terrible experience

The room was clean and was a good location.

I just really appreciated how accessible everything was to the downtown area. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff was extremely helpful. In spite of being in the core of the Civic Centre area of San Francisco, where things are very busy, I felt like I was in the midst of a small town

Good staff

The hotel is nice enough. You should definitely read the description carefully. There isn't A/C and the bathrooms are quiet small. It didn't really meet out needs.

Worst experience I ever had at a hotel I been to many countries and states and this by far was the worst. Hotel management didn’t want to help us in any form for driving hours away trying to check in a room we already booked saying it’s unavailable and I had contacted both properties to get a refeund and didn’t allow me to get any refund simply because the manager didn’t want to and his employee was unserious the whole time didn’t even allow my to park my car at this location while trying to get a room since they didn’t wanna give us a room and so we payed for a parking garage fee and came back to see if there was any type of room available after waiting 2-3 hours and I argued with them about parking and why they couldn’t give me parking when I have a reservation so they decided to finally pay for parking after moving my car to a garage like they told me and so I was charged multiple fees for both WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD UNPROFESSIONAL and costed me way more money then just getting a new hotel that would have told me all the information and allowed me to actually KEEP MY RESERVATION.

The building is very old.

I stayed here for a couple of nights, and the price and location were very convenient for my business trip. The stay was comfortable and offered great value for what I needed. I would definitely stay here again, whether for future business trips or a family getaway.

Everything was good front desk person was helpful he help us a lot really appreciate it

Everything worked, was clean the only thing that we didn't like was that there was no air conditioning in our room. A fan. We didn't want to open our window. The room had a stench, somewhat slight weird smell but was comfortable. We were able to deal with it for the short time.

Front desk person was friendly and helpful. Rooms were decent and clean. Breakfast was ok. They had parking at the hotel for $30 a night, which was well worth it however it was a very very tight squeeze. Pool was across the street at their sister hotel, which was a little inconvenient. My son, his girlfriend & my grandson‘s room based the corner of seventh Street and Mission and had an OK view of the city. The room I shared with my two teenage granddaughters, and one of their friends had a view of a bus stop on Mission Street where we saw all kinds of horrendous things such as drug deals, unhoused, people sleeping on the sidewalk, paramedics picking someone up in the middle of the night, someone drugged out or drunk, screaming, and yelling at 2:00am in the morning for at least an hour. Even though the hotel was decent & the rooms were clean and the security was good and security was definitely needed. I would never stay there again because of the nasty area it is in, especially with teenage kids.
