Centrally located to main tourist attractions. Great breakfast.

They didn't have room in their parking lot and they didn't care i was staying there...the valet was so rude about it...

A gem in fisherman wharf, this hotel was fantastic place to stay and much more reasonable than other hotels around with the added benefit of included Breakfast. the room itself was clean and modern. breakfast was good, standard fare but they did have a pancake machine rather than standard waffle maker, tbh prefer waffles. They had shuttle for Muir Woods which was nice but we had our car. The staff was very nice and courteous. Location is fantastic right at the start of pier 39 shopping area and cable car station. Highly recommended.

Location. Really close to the Wharf, Girardelli and cable car. Hot Chocolate and Coffee as compliment anytime at desk. Lonely at night Expensive Valet Parking

Everything about the hotel, location to our destination beyond SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was not our thing so we can't comment. Parking one night was almost $100.00, who travels to a hotel without a car or knowledge of parking off site of the hotel? Parking should have been included in the price of the room.
