Conveniently located, friendly staff, extra amenities, warm atmosphere, and much more. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very close to transportation and close to attractions, Union Square, restaurants, shopping. We highly recommend it. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and well maintained. We were also facing the open street below and the noise level was fine. Staff was courteous, they answered any questions and concerns that I had. For example, my Doordash order was missing utensils and they were able to provide them without difficulty. I would stay again the next time I come and visit the city.

Very friendly staff, room was comfortable, daily cleaning. Loved the managers reception in the evening, guests would benefit from additional seating or cocktail tables during the hour. Overall a lovely stay, would book here again.

The room (suite) was spacious and clean. The staff were welcoming, extremely accommodating and nice. This stay exceeded our expectations. In a time when it seems like hotels are cutting corners, this stay felt like a return to real hospitality.

The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was very small and cramped however. We also found that the toiletries are extremely small and run out fast, and they don’t get replaced every time. Coffee machine was also broken.

Great location, we were able to walk to all of our destinations over our stay. Very clean rooms, helpful staff, the win/martini hour was fun. Loved the bed, it was very comfortable. Will be staying here again.

Excellent happy hour

Cleaning team was very loudly banging carts and stuff in the hallway and it being an older building wasn’t very sound proof

The location was excellent and the hotel is in excellent shape. The style of the architecture and fixtures, along with the cleanliness of the room and comfort of the beds were highlights. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the daily wine/martini tastings were a nice bonus! There was some noise late at night from the outside, but nothing too out of the ordinary for a downtown location. We would definitely return.

We loved everything about our stay at Galleria Park! The location was perfect for us; close to a bunch of areas but also a little tucked away where we didn’t hear any street noise while resting. We cannot wait to come and stay on our next trip!
