Location was great staff was very friendly and helpful $65 a night for parking was a surprise but the parking staff was great Alexis was very helpful and nice an on top of her job .

Hotel was clean and allowed us to check in once the room was ready. The room was new and amenities were good. The hotel provided benefits for the resort fee. It was close to downtown attractions

I wish that there where more amenities can you please put a microwave in the rooms

The room was pretty clean I had asked on hotels.com for a queen bed but was told on check in that it wasn’t available. I prefer the queen rooms because there’s usually more space around the bed. We did have to get a new remote for the tv. We didn’t use the amenities offered so I can’t comment on that. If they offered free breakfast I would have probably given this a 5.

Great location for events at Petco, to access trains/trolleys, and to walk to the water. Social hour and the pool was a great perk after sight seeing all day!
