Ramada Suites by Wyndham San Diego/Hotel Circle Area

Rooms were run down and dirty in the corners. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Probably wouldn’t chose to stay again unless it was one the only options. Online made it sound like it would be mediocre but it was sub par.

The room smelled like sewer and the bathtub didn’t drain well and the water kept dripping from the faucet. Had to keep the window and fan on so it didn’t smell as bad.

the staff is great and they do their best to keep the place clean. there was no issue with my stay at all. breakfast leaves much to be desired, and like the hotel itself, pretty bare bones. but it is cleaned and the staff is truly wonderful so!

We expected a more updated place.

The only thing I didn't like is that the room doesn't have microwave. Other than that it's perfect.

The shower handle was loose

The shower pressure was low but not a big deal and the tub was small.

I had no complaints it was a good stay I'd come back in the future.

Also, the spa itself had black on the sides of the steps as well as some of the walls. Upon mentioning that to the clerk, she was going to take pictures and report it. I don't know if she ever did.

Old property could use updating. $14 a night to park or park on the street for free and take your chances. Lots of tweakers and homeless roaming around the neighborhood so paying for parking was the only logical choice. Emergency exits are not alarmed and other hotel guests prop open the door which makes security a huge risk. Breakfast was below average and only offers basic toast bagel.waffles. No proteins at all.

Room smelled funky told the front desk about it they said will call maintenance and they’ll go check never went

I had a nice peaceful weekend. My room was clean, the hotel was well maintained. I took advantage of the continental breakfast, which was good. I took a dip in the Jacuzzi and relaxed poolside. I did not have much contact with staff, but the staff I did come in contact with was very professional. I would stay there again when I return.

The room smell like drainage, like spoiled water. Breakfast was very limited, I went down for breakfast around 9am and there was merely food, just waffles, cereal, coffee, apples and bananas. Staff was very friendly and sociable.

The room was huge!

TV was broken and did not work, paid parking is not good policy

I loved our room the extra space it all worked out for all our shopping. However, there was a smell in bathroom that I couldn't figure out what it was, something in floor maybe, a lingering smell that didn't go away. Even after the housekeeping service refreshed our towels and removed trash etc. the smell was still lingering . I tried lysol, but i think it was under tub flooring. Sadly, you could smell it as soon as you walked in. Linens were clean, towels were fresh, clean smelling, everything was perfect except for that smell.

The room was okay, blankets and sheets were dirty. Breakfast was disappointing, and I didn't use the pool or hot tub. Parking was good. Although not for big vehicles.
