The hotel was clean and well run. It seemed a bit dated and could use a refresh.

Staff was excellent and room was clean
-
Faculty was clean but staff was not helpful.

Place is very nice, even a nice pond to wonder around. The beds are super lumpy and uncomfortable but everything else is 5 star

Requested housekeeping since I had booked for a two night stay. I called and requested the service early morning of the second day of my stay, later that day was my family and I returned from our outings we came back to a room that was just as it was when we left, no housekeeping had been done. I then called the front desk, and they told me I could head down to get the towels, sheets, blanket etc. or they can bring it up when they had time since they were “very busy”, regardless I was told if I wanted this I would have to do it myself since housekeeping was closed for the night. The I Italy check in process was also not very great, a lot of confusion with the individual at the front desk not doing a great job at breaking down the costs they wanted to charge, had to have a supervisor come and breakdown and provide clarification. The manager himself seems professional and wants to help but it appears the staff is not.

The hotel staff was excellent! Check-in and check-out were quick, easy, and very helpful. Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel room itself was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was still some trash left behind, and the trash cans did not have trash bags, which was a little disappointing. Overall, we had a great experience and would give the hotel an 8/10. The friendly and helpful staff definitely stood out and made our stay enjoyable. With a little more attention to bathroom cleanliness, this could easily be a 10/10 experience!

The gentlemen that checked me in, Abraham, was very helpful and personable. He made the process very quick and seemed to have a great grasp on the proper way to handle a building line of guests. Unfortunately, the room we were in didn't provide great control of the water temperature, and the sliding door to the restroom had to be forced shut very hard, and the shower was VERY short. Aside from that, we had a pleasant experience.

Hotel was in a beautiful location. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was fully booked that weekend and staff couldn’t keep up with the mess people and kids left behind. My room had a great view of the pond but my windows were dirty. The pool remained clean, even though there were so many kids swimming.

The hotel was clean and the ambience was peaceful. Enjoyed my family trip. Kid friendly lots of places to eat.

We traveled with our team from the Bay Area of CA. They stayed in Escondido but we traveled more miles to Rancho Bernardo because they had two queens available here. We checked in and when we got to our room, there was one King bed and a couch. When I informed the employee at the front desk, she said they had to "move things around because they are fully booked." They basically gave our room up to someone else and when I told her this, she said, "No, that is not what we did." They also failed to give me a refund because I booked through Expedia. Although the other employees were kind, this stay was horrible. We were uncomfortable as a family of four and not to mention, the other elevator was down. If it is important for you to have two beds, don't stay here.

I wrote an email to the hotel with my dissatisfaction and concerns and still haven’t heard back.

Location was very good. Nice lounge area. Beautiful grounds with pond and many ducks & turtles. Parking area was pretty tight. Only one elevator was working.

Thpe property was very dirty, including the rooms. There was an unpleasant smell throughout, and the bathroom was broken. The staff were unhelpful and not accommodating. Overall, I did not have a pleasant stay at this property and would not recommend it.
