Great vibe and very helpful and friendly staff! The place is right in the center - so everything is within walking distance. It’s extremely convenient that you can book tours directly with the hostel including pickup at the reception.

Meals are great value and the staff are very kind. Love that they have a temascal there as well for a crazy good price, though I didn't get to do it. It's sort of party hostel vibes but not really? Was easy to meet people at the big tables, but was probably a bit young-leaning for what I was going for. No fault of the hostel though

Great location, lots of people, comfy hammocks That I couldn’t stay longer!

The option to include breakfast and dinner for an extra cost was a very nice option. We did not eat there every day but most and the food was decent. The location was great, two blocks away from the center. Staff was great. There is a bar on the property which is nice for those who like to indulge. Also, the property always had something going on, some for a small cost, others free. Things like, karoke, mezcal tasting, salsa dancing, hikes, and free coctails on certain days and times. I didn't like that there was not any heat. I did not like that I originally booked a room with a jacuzzi bath tub and it did not work, nor did they try to fix it. At the end, I fought for a discount which was honored. I also went in knowing that part of the property was a hostel and the other a hotel. The desk is in the hostel area. It is very difficult to handle anything at the desk as it is always flooded with people. The hotel rooms are not very sound proof. You can hear the neighbors using the restroom.

Thank you to the girl from the front desk who moved us to a room that was ready upon our early morning arrival. I appreciated the favor !

Location is great, very close to city center. My private room was amazing, spacious and well equipped. Very social, joined breakfasts and dinners really help to meet people. Also many activities and events. Highly recommend. San Cristobal can get cold especially in the night and there are no indoors common areas in the hostel. Heating aids could help.

My only problem was that in the private room section the acoustics were bad and I was woken up by people talking in the hallway at 3:00 am.

And thanks to the whole team That is had to leave

A fun hostel; they put on a good range of activities. Breakfast & dinner were good value - cheaper than on the street even. The dorms were variable - some without windows and a bit stuffy, some with. I moved from a windowless room to one with big windows and great views.

I really liked the breakfast. The bed was comfortable and very clean.

The terrace, the yard, lots of travelers. Noisy, controlling dude from the bar didn’t let me and my mates drink a beer

Great food and drink price Nothing

super lovely and social hostel, great to meet people, helpful staff and very comfortable
-
Good location Offer nice activities Very social Hot water problem, instead of offering to change rooms or offering compensation had to wait for the technician and eventually didn’t shower. Wasn’t good value for money for a private room.

The location is great, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The private rooms are wonderful. A ventilator should be added to the shower room, because the steam is staying in the room for hours.

A Peferct place for solo traveller!

Great people at the front desk ! There was some confusion about my transport arrangements to the airport, but the front desk employee walked with me to the taxi stand at 5 am, to ensure I wouldn't miss my flight. The social scene and daily breakfasts and dinners are a nice and a great way to meet fellow travelers.

Dinner portion was a bit small. Great location and social. Activities were amazing. Light in one of the toilet needed to be replaced.
