Free parking and good location

Room is great the whole facility is nice, rooms are that's great and clean bathroom too. Really I have nothing bad to say about this hotel except for the staff my opinion not very helpful kind of rude sometimes

It was better than I expected, definitely worth every penny. Would definitely recommend. It was updated nicely and clean, bed was more comfortable than I expected.

There was a cockroach in my room. Also a very large daddy-long legged spider. Corners of room were filty.

Very kind staff and a mini store that we could purchase items from as needed. The location was excellent based on what we needed. The property was quiet in the evenings and centrally located near the train station. The rooms are a bit outdated and our room felt more like a motel room. The floor was dirty and not sure if it was just the old flooring (worn over time) or if there should be deeper cleaning.

excellent location to dining and shopping

Liked the hotel. It's in a good location, comfortable and is functional. Highly recommend for someone looking for a good accomodation at an optimal price point if you are in the San Carlos area.

Very nice place to stay for price. Plenty of parking, rooms with kitchenette is a good bonus for me. Convenient location to airport.

Small rooms, no parking in lot.

we asked to refill, but nothing happened. But wd like its location. So next time I will bring thee hair conditioner with me. It's sad.

Clean rooms and hotels located in a decent area

Clean room

We were given a corner room (201) facing the main road (El Camino) & it was very noisy all night long that we couldn’t sleep at all. The air conditioning also didn’t work properly, it was hot when I finally almost fall asleep that I had to adjust the temp. I don’t understand why they gave us the most noisy room, the corner room facing main road while the next room was empty and we paid the normal rates. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. To be fair the room was relatively clean therefore I rated 2 stars instead of 1 star.
