Airport shuttle, clean room

Good

Free breakfast, but simple. Affordable price. Only issue is I can airplane at night in my room.

Place was good deal. Drawbacks were thin walls I could hear people next door. Airplane noise was noticeable.

I am an experienced traveler and I enjoy comfortable hotel visits. This was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay for me. My room was clean and comfortable with modern niceities such as a walk-in shower, large tv with fast Internet, etc. The bed was comfortable. As a male, I only wish the seat stayed up on the toilet (sucks having to hold it up whilst performing my business...)

Poor

We had a 2 kings 2 bedroom. It was spacious and clean. Nice size bathroom. Microwave and fridge. You can hear the planes overhead through the night. We stayed 2 nights here. The 2nd night I didn't notice the plane noise. It was expected for being right next to the airport. We would stay here again if ever in the area. The offered breakfast, but we were on the go so we didn't try it. Location was right across from car rental return and airport. Really convenient location. Great value for us. Front desk was helpful when asking for fresh towels. No washer and dryer available per the front desk worker. The hotel was quiet when we were there. It also had a nice seating area for you to relax.

It was a great location for proximity to the airport (no freeway needed) front lobby staff really kind price was very fair I will stay here again (btw planes do fly low over and can be noisy) but didn’t bother us at all we had reserved two rooms

Friendly staff. Fun common area for playing card games with our granddughters. Convenient location.

Exceptional

Near the airport and convenient bus service to it. Extremely noisy with planes, leaving every three minutes and windows not adequate to bar the noise.

We stayed at this hotel during our 18-day West Coast family trip, and unfortunately, this was the worst hotel we experienced. When we arrived at night, there was no staff at the front desk. I had to call someone, and when the staff member finally came, they did not seem very welcoming or friendly. The management needs to remember that a hotel is a service business, and good customer service is very important. A simple smile and a friendly attitude would make a big difference. The only positive thing about this hotel was that it was reasonably clean. However, there were many other issues. The room was cleaned only every second day, and they did not change our towels or empty the rubbish. When I asked for fresh towels, they simply gave me some new ones without taking the old ones. At the very least, the towels should be changed and the bathroom should be properly cleaned and dried. The breakfast area was very small and crowded, making it difficult to move around. Unfortunately, the breakfast was also disappointing. The eggs and other food were tasteless. The free coffee downstairs was cold and seemed to be there just for the sake of having coffee available. The parking area was also very tight and difficult to use. Another major problem was the noise. The hotel is directly under an airport flight path, so there was a lot of aircraft noise during the night. The windows definitely need better soundproofing. If you are looking for a good night's sleep, this may not be the right place. Overall, the staff were not friendly, the service was poor, the breakfast was disappointing, parking was difficult, and the noise made it hard to sleep. We stayed at many hotels during our family vacation, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. The service was disappointing, with unfriendly staff and poor housekeeping. The breakfast was not good, parking was very tight, and the hotel was noisy because of its location under the airport flight path. The rooms also need better soundproofing, and the overall customer service needs significant improvement.

You could hear the jets taking off at night, made it a little harder to falll asleep.

Very good

I stayed overnight between SFO flights. Check-in/out service is great, room is fine, bed is first class. No time for the shower but it looked good. Breakfast more than adequate: juices, cereals, yogurt, bananas, egg patties, waffles, etc. Just to mention, lots of different teas, but no GREEN TEA! Shuttle run is 15-20 minutes. Shuttle runs once per hour, not on demand. Shuttle hours are limited to 4:15 - 11:15 a.m. and 3:15 - 11:15 p.m. The San Bruno BART station is about 1.3 miles from the hotel.

Close to SFO with shuttle service. The room was super nice and super clean. The shower was phenomenal and the entire hotel was well maintained and the people very courteous. Definitely a place to consider staying. I would go back here. The only downside is the airplanes taking off over the hotel at night can be a bit annoying, but that's beyond the hotel's control.
