Very friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful room, absolute cleanliness, close to the beach. Plenty of bikes to rent for free. Excellent price/quality ratio. -

Medium-size family-style facility. Good value for money. Reasonable space for your things in the room. Nice personel, decently friendly in an Itallian style. You need to speak basic Italian. Which I do but otherwise I would have problems. Not easy to get there if you rely on public transport. You need to walk either 30 minutes to extra-urban stations in San Benedetto downtown or an hour to to extra-urban stations in Porto d'Ascoli.
