This reflects reality. .. The hotel is very well located right on the seafront, restaurants all over the area. It has an old Italian style feel, with small improvements. Decent breakfast, Italian style. The manager and staff are very good, and they know how to treat customers. I got a free late check out even though they had to change my room, which is something of a dream. Even if you don't have the most beautiful location, you know how to appreciate the value of your guests and don't just want to squeeze money out of them, that's what matters most in this industry!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Breakfast could be upgraded to include vegetables

Location was great and staff amazing especially Chiara The bathroom . Noisy toilet after flushing made sounds like a crying baby each time. Also the shower was extremely small and shower did not drain. Low quality food at breakfast.

The location of the hotel was great, very accessible to everything. I like the staff very courteous and accommodating. The hotel looks old but very clean. none

What a great hotel! So close to the beach and restaurants. Great staff! Especially the lovley lady helping me with the taxi for me and my dog! Totally recommend this place to everyone that wants to visit beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto! I'll be back next year for sure! -

What a lovely hotel, the location is perfect. The staff were great and always happy to help. The room is fairly basic but beds very comfortable, we had a sea view which is stunning. No tea or coffee making facilities or shower gel. We took our own travel kettle as we like a cuppa in the morning :)

Lovely old-style hotel right at the beach. Nice spa on the rooftop. A bit further away from the trainstation, but the bus stop is close. You have to pay extra if you want proper sunbeds at the beach.

The staff is very friendly. Very good breakfast. Loved the vintage style of the hotel and it's beachfront with beach service included. The room is very good and comfortable and there is a door between the room and the restroom. The city is really nice. I chose the hotel because we had to sleep between a trip and can't wait to go back. The parking is not big enough so we parked in the street and was ok.

This a splendid hotel , spacious and classic how hotels used to be , elegance and glamour from an Agatha Christie novel , American bar ,billiards room, and card tables . We we're just travelling through and unfortunately only stayed one night with breakfast, but what a breakfast, when was the last time you were shown to your table by a Maîtred in a white jacket , the breakfast was amazing. They have their own sunbeds on the beach and are free to guests with a lovely bar and all facilities. You can hire bicycles from the reception and explore the vast sea front on a wide cycle path next to the beach. There is a rooftop spa with amazing views . Private free parking at the rear.

Very hard bed. Tiny bathroom where the door wouldn't open fully as it struck the bidet.

Staff and location were excellent. Breakfast and meals were also excellent Air conditioning not cool enough in one of our rooms. Staff tried to rectify it but airflow was still weak! Rooms need some upgrading as they are very dated.

This was a grand Hotel in the old manner of grand hotels. Just across the street from the beach, and a great vibe of a past era beach vacations for Italians. Very nice to be away from the main tourist area as well Nothing

Location and the staff were extremely helpful given we couldn’t speak Italian. shower is very small
