Studio 6 San Antonio, TX - Lackland AFB

Property was not well maintained. Only one room in the suite had ac, good water pressure, but not for the shower. 1 mile from the gate for jbsa, convenient for basic training graduation. Denny's next door.

The pool was nice n staff was amazing The roaches

The staffs were responsive when I needed assistance. The room smells good and was clean when I got there. Proximity to transportation is great

My stay at the studio six was amazing. I had a great time with my dog. I felt so welcome. They even showed us our room and made sure we were OK with everything before I even checked in how amazing I’m so thankful for these people and can’t wait to come again.

We did not have the courage to stay in this hotel. It does not look like the pictures posted. It is an extended stay hotel. It has people's vehicles w flat tires and liok abandoned. Its dirty, the lobby looks like a prison visiting window. It did not look or feel safe for my family. We canceled the booking.

The room was not throughly clean. The bed was super old and uncomfortable. The pillows gave me a rash or some type of infection. Do not recommend this stay

Smell of the room was terrible I talk to the staff about smell they offer me different room the smell is same.Door in the restroom broken not able to close all away for privacy. Bathtub looks dirty . Cockroach in the restroom. Staff not helpful anything you as them they tell you wait for manager.

I will never book this place again!!!

The room I stayed at didn’t have the best smell even though the ac vent was dusty but the filter was clean and the door to the bathroom didn’t close easily and one of the three bed sheets was stained with like black markers I don’t know but for a three day stay it’s ok there is a Denny’s near and Big Q and seven eleven but it’s sketchy the area

Close to hiway. Full kitchen. Updates needed. Door, locks, windows, shower, appliances, etc were all old and falling apart. Room had a weird smell, odor. It’s been over a month and security deposit has not been refunded.

the security guy was nice. The only thing good was it was very close to where I needed to be, other than that nothing. nothing, I wanted to leave as soon as I got there. there was a camp of transients very close to the check in office. The room did not smell good. There were roaches crawling around. I wanted to ask for a refund and find a new place but it would have time from seeing my daughter so we just stayed out until time to check out. then I checked out the earliest I possibly could.

Location was perfect for the purpose of my visit. It is Located 10mins from the airforce base. The staff was polite and helpful. Rooms are run down and need proper maintenance. Bathrooms are horrible. The room has a small kitchenette area and didn't even have a kettle or sauce pan .
