Location was perfect, quiet street but very central. Staff were amazing! Catered to three guests being gluten free even though they hadn’t heard of it in the past. Could recommend this villa more! Aircon broke in one of the rooms - was fixed next day after advising staff. Only thing missing was a washing machine however plenty of services within walking distance.

An exceptional place to stay - beautifully appointed for a big group or family, spotlessly clean, and kept by managers who went to huge lengths to make our stay comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out, but also central meeting areas to get together. One of the best stays we’ve ever experienced. Slightly out of the way, but inexpensive taxis solve the issue. Still many great eating areas and shops nearby

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Swarna in January, 2024. We felt like we were in paradise and were treated like loyalty. The Villa is absolutely beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. We had 8 adults and 2 toddlers and we fit perfectly. The bedrooms are all a great size with their own ensuite. The pool area is beautiful with comfortable seating and a bungalow area that opens out to the pool from the kitchen. We were able to hire a pool fence and stair gates to keep the children safe as well as hire a nanny. The staff, Agung and Gede were so helpful and welcoming. They came to the villa each morning to cook and clean and were always so happy to help with anything from supermarket shops to ordering taxis etc. Nothing was too much trouble and we truly enjoyed their company and getting to know them. They cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning and we were able to preorder what we wanted the night before and choose the time. The Villa is in a good location, in a nice quiet lane not far from the Bingtang supermarket. When booking they were very responsive and flexible. Highly recommended, would love to stay here again! The only possible downside was that it wasn’t right on the main road, was about a 5 minute walk so unlike a resort, you can’t just step out into the action. However we knew this when booking and enjoyed the peace and quiet, especially with kids!

Villa Swarna was a fantastic place to stay, plenty of room for the 10 of us, each room has a nice ensuite, pool was very clean and nice temperature, the staff were great and looked after us so well, would definitely stay here again. Very good location for going shopping, coffee and restaurants.
