La Hacienda near Alamodome & Riverwalk

Very friendly people!

When we first pulled up I wasn’t so sure about the place but check in went easy and the place seemed very clean. Our room (a king) was spacious, clean and had a mini refrigerator. The bathroom was spacious and clean as well. I would definitely stay again. It’s a good room for a descent rate. The only negative was our tv was a little messed up but that was it.

Very clean room. Front desk was very nice! Beds were very comfy and ac was cold perfect! Despite it being in downtown i loved that there was self parking at no charge. Everything was great!

Excellent place to stay!! All your needs are close by. Denny's, Mi Tierra and Market Square just minutes away. HEB is 3 minutes away in case you need to replenish any items. Alamo Dome and the Tower of the Americas minutes away. La Coronela Mexican Restaurant is before HEB. Excellent place for breakfast. The room was big, bathroom spacious and everything was clean and neat. The nights were quiet and the beds soft and very comfortable. I slept all night long We always stay there when we travel to San Antonio. The price is right and the location gets you to your location in minutes. We like very thing about this place! I know there is no coffee or breakfast but I've always taken my Keurig with my favorite blend of coffee and explore different restaurants in the area. I'm on vacation and I don't mine spending a little more.

It was so dirty and loud. We left at 3 in the morning as it was too loud to sleep.

Clean room, staff was very courteous, a/c worked great and parking was convenient and available. Wonderful value nd great location, near everything downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

1ST room had an A/C leak and the carpet was wet, was immediately moved to another room which was nicer than the original. 1st hotel ever I have stayed in with a ceiling fan. Thumbs up for that. Good water pressure.. The young man that checked us in was very nice. No breakfast of any kind. There was snacks and drinks in the room, if you eat the snacks or the drink the drinks you will be charged for them. We wasn't told that verbally, I just happen to read it on a notice taped to the front desk. No receipt when checked out.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. It was also just a couple of miles to downtown San Antonio.

Location was perfect for our event at the Alamodome. Can't beat free parking, and the owner personally shuttled us to the venue and brought me an HDMI cord so I could project from my computer. Amazing service you would never get at a big chain hotel.

The rooms have ceiling fans.

Quiet and close to the location we were visiting None

The in-room AC was extremely noisy, and the outdated TV was basically useless with no cable. Poor guest placement made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The booking platform couldn’t reach the hotel because the staff had made themselves unavailable

This little hidden gem is perfect for a week-end getaway. Owners attention to detail, cleanliness, comfort, friendliness, is all top notch. Location and value prices is the cream on top. parking is tight..but its covered and lighted, and SAFE. Very important in the city.
