Ramada Limited San Angelo

The room smelled horribly of tobacco. The walls and ceiling were stained. The AC barely blew. None of the sheets matched. The bathtub had an exposed electrical plug literally coming out of the side of it. The bathtub had been caulked improperly and messily. I didn't even feel safe using the shower/tub. The check in clerk was rude.

The motel itself would have not been so bad. The area is infested with homeless drug addicts, pretty scary actually

The staff was very kind and helpful, so that made for a good stay. The room was older and just OK. Could have been better. All in all, it was fine for one night.

NOTHING Air conditioner was making a loud noise the whole night, by morning it was wasn’t working well. The room smelled terribly. The other tenants were loud late into the night and again early in the morning.

Location was fine however they charged us an extra $40 stating the linens and mattress had been wet. We had been swimming the night before but obviously dried off and didnt sleep wet. I called and talked to the property and asked about the charge. He stated that they had been wet and were no longer usable. When I asked how they were stained he wouldn't answer just kept stating it was wet. Definitely wouldn't recommend!

We were traveling with our dogs. The ‘dog’ room was carpeted and dirty. Crickets on the floor. Slobber on the walls. I bring all my own bedding when traveling with my dogs and they do not make a mess. It was likely cleaner when I left than when I arrived. The pet fee listed on booking.com did not match what their fee was when we arrived to check in. They wanted to charge double per dog/per night. My husband encouraged them to honor the booking price to prevent from having to refund our money and the hassle of us having to find another hotel room late at night. They did so we appreciate that. For that much money I’d rather go pay for a more luxury hotel with a clean room.

Everything was good

The room was clean I didn't realize that I had a smoking room. I checked in after 11:00 p.m, and instead of just switching me over to a non-smoking room, they upcharged me me to switch to a non-smoking room. The breakfast was just about out of everything when we went at 7:00 a.m.

Breakfast was alright. The coffee could have been a lot stronger. But overall geat value Housekeeping took my old towels and didnt give me any clean ones. I had to go to the office and get some.

They let you have dog They charge me $40.00for my pet when before they only charged me $10.00

Smelled like mold, there was visible signs mold in the bathroom and it smelled terrible like animals. The smoke detector was covered with a shower cap upon arrival, not sure why? The towels smelled moldy and was stained. We went and bought are own to use for the night. When we woke up, there was a HUGE roach in the sink and thay just put the icing on the cake. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Breakfast was only issue other than that good stay.

Staff did an amazing job, especially Steve.

Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom toilet was hard to flush and sink faucet was barely attached. Used kleenex under the toilet made us wonder if it really had been cleaned. Was not happy with the additional 50.00 deposit required, even though it is refunded, it still placed a hold on my card which should be disclosed before booking. Breakfast was disappointing but the coffee was hot. Will look for a different place next time through town.

This property is poorly maintained, in disrepair, and did not feel clean or hygienic. We checked in very late in the evening after traveling 1000 miles. I felt the advertisement was very misleading on Hotels.com. I also knew the property would likely be nasty when I saw a large cockroach walking across the floor at the checkout desk but we’d already paid online. It’s not fun leaving such a grim review but do not stay at this facility. My wife and I were worried about sleeping in the beds as well. We wanted to stay at the Microtel hotel however they were full so we had to settle for the Ramada. We will never ever again stay at a Ramada property..

The staff who served us were mostly helpful, the room was large enough to accommodate us and our two dogs, and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, we were not happy. The supplies furnished to our room were less than minimal, and our room was never serviced during our 3-day stay even though I specifically asked for it to be serviced. I had to request supplies like coffee, cups, and shampoo from the reception desk. The room was poorly maintained, too. The sink faucet was not firmly attached to the sink, and grout lines in the bathroom were cracked. The room served our purpose — a place to stay for us and our dogs — but it was not a pleasant experience.

The breakfast wasn’t all that good. The room was ok. They didn’t seem to have that much parking on the weekends.

After driving all day, I likedd stopping. The wifi was down and never came back. The breakfast food had been eaten by the time I showed up, even though I was early, and was never replenished. There was literally one sausage link left in the warmer. Despite a 3-star price, it felt like a 1-star experience.
