By The Sea Guest House

On the water. Gorgeous views if you rent the sea view room. The bed was very large and comfortable. There were ants in our room all over the place. They got onto our furniture and were even in the bed. When I messaged the staff about it, she read my message and ignored me. It’s also not easy to enter. There’s a separate key for the main gate, then the main door, and then your room. It always took us 5 minutes to get inside because we had to figure out what keys to use.

It had a free breakfast included but if you asked for more juice(small glass 150ml) I think they didn’t like it

Staff were accommodating, wonderful breakfast. The property is a little dated but gets the job done, with some units having a kitchen and living room. Not a true dislike but property is a little bit of a walk from the more touristed areas, also from any sort of quick market or restaurant. Buses stop right infront of the property which helps.

Nice staff. Decent place to stay. Is safe and is in great location to start your day trips. You can hear the sea at night. Depending on what you book, the room is a decent size with a nice bathroom and decent view. Has a fridge. Nice, hot water. Check in lady is excellent and very accommodating. Well, the place is really a BnB type set up. Your room is not the most secure, but the place is secure if that makes sense. Everyone stares at you when you come fro breakfast. They have a great balcony to eat, but they don't put any tables out there, everything inside. Is hard to find at night. The bed is not that comfortable.

Breakfast was nice, staff was helpful even though we only spoke English. Far from town.

The beach area in front of the hotel is not one for sunbathing or swimming.

Good location, clean and breakfast was good. The main staff member was a little bit rude. The other two staff members were friendlier.

Great location outside of the centre, peaceful, facing west to see the sunset over the sea. Great breakfast with several tasty options to satisfy the hunger for hours. Friendly, helpful, very clean, secure and overall a pleasant atmosphere from which to explore the island and to return after a hot day. Our room had air-conditioning, a safe and refrigerator which all helped our stay go perfectly.

The room was clean, the hotel was very secure, the staff was so friendly, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the A/C worked awesomely, the view from the terrace was spectacular, a mini-fridge in the room, a safe in the room, a mini closet to hang clothes, towels provided for both the shower/beach, and hot water for the shower! I liked that it was away from the busy and noisy center. There is a bus that comes by often, taxis come by often, and I liked to walk to the center to get some exercise in.

Super friendly staff and very hospital The apartment was not very clean, big dead cockroach in the kitchen when we arrived and the general standard was very low. It's clear a deep clean is not something ever performed. The USB charging ports were not working, no hot water and the wifi was super slow. All in all it was okay but for that price I would have rathered a hostel.

Ok location for the price. Good breakfast and it was very convenient to be able to use the kitchen. Warm water in shower was a big bonus as were the huge beach towels provided. Comfortable bed. A bit of a schlep to beach and restaurants. I had a couple issues with the room. Someone came promptly to address but there isn’t always staff on site .

It was a great place to stay, the staff is very friendly and we loved all the breakfast options. The air conditioner worked well. I would completely recommend this Hotel.

The property in San Andres Isla was a delightful experience, offering a wonderful atmosphere with stunning ocean views. Its charm and picturesque location made for a truly memorable stay. Disappointed with the dirty utensils and lack of hot water amenities.

Seafront, large room, large bed, very comfortable, clean and nice staff. Shower low pressure.

I really like the stuff, they were very friendly and willing to assist the guests. The bedroom was perfectly cleaned everyday, and the common areas. we didn't like the limited options regarding the breakfast. Also, the mattress was bit old, not comfy.

Was good breakfasts , very friendly staff and concerns for all of my needs. Order the atv service to the hotel I liked the complete service provided to me and my guests. I will stay at this property on future visits.
