A small, exclusive hotel with personal flair. It consists of two buildings, Altstadthotel and the Residenz, located opposite each other in a quiet side street of the city’s pedestrian area. It is just a few minutes' walk to Mirabell Palace and Mozart’s Residence. You can leave your car in the garage as all of the city’s sights are within walking distance. For example the cathedral or the fortress, Mozart’s birthplace and the new Congress Hall. The hotel’s team at the reception are happy to assist you in booking concert or theater tickets. You can also relax in our tastefully decorated sitting room. The spa, with it‘s warm colors and simple design, is ideal for relaxation. This compact leisure area comes complete with swimming pool, Finnish sauna, infrared cubicle and an attractive 'silence' room with couches for relaxation after the sauna. Great Hotel in the center of the city . Rooms were nice and spacious with very nice antique furniture . Everything is walking distance away kinda expensive

Family room was large and located close to pedestrian area with several restaurants and shops. Breakfast was delicious! Dated bathroom, tv didnt work for viewing world cup and dated lobby.

As a single female guest I did not feel ver welcome. A lovely traditional family hotel but would not recommend for solo travellers.

מיקום מעולה במרכז, מאוד נוח לצאת ברגל לטיול בעיר העתיקה והרחובות בהם מסתובביפ התיירים. מגוון מסעדות ובתי קפה ממש ליד המלון. אנשי הקבלה מאוד נחמדים ושירותיים ועוזרים בשמיה אם זקוקים להם לדוגמא בהזמנת מונית. החדר מרווח, נקי ונוח, עם אמבטיה גדולה ומזגן שבקיץ הופך להיות רלבנטי גם באוסטריה. המים בבריכה לא היו מחוממים, היה קר מכדי להיכנס למים.

The location. A short walk to the town centre and within 3 minutes walk of lovely restaurants. We had a suite and the room was very spacious. Fabulous big bath and comfy bed. The minibar was complimentary and was very well stocked. They provided dressing gowns and slippers and many extra toiletries. Would have liked decaf coffee sachets in the room. Apart from that can’t think of anything. Fab hotel!

This hotel is in a fabulous location, close to bars, restaurants and shops and some key attractions. It has a very nice feeling to it. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The swimming pool was quite cold and the sauna was closed during our stay. I knocked a point off for that or it would have been a 10 out of 10.

The location was absolutely excellent. I would’ve never known about this beautiful street nearby. Had we stayed on the other side of the bridge. The bartender who also worked at reception the night we were there was very friendly. The air-conditioning in the lobby was wonderful. The air-conditioning in the room which we chose the property because it had air (and paid $440 per night for 3 ppl) did not work well at all on the one side of room. The room was very drab and no character. No breakfast came with that price. I asked if we could switch rooms upon arriving and they said they were full, but we never saw anyone else there for two days besides two new arrivals.
