Hotel Neutor Express

WiFi was unusable. Carpets were worn and stained.

Disgusting place with poor management. The bathroom was not clean and someone left their razor inside the shower. The wall are covered with old stained and curtain and sides beds. Very expensive for what it is. When I talked to the check out they did not even acknowledged it. The breakfast was decent but still expensive if you stick with the basics things.

Close to the center, they offer a parking garage discount, the staff was super friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a hair dryer and fan. Even though it was very close to the center it was quiet during night time with open windows. Some people might not like that there was no AC just a standing fan. The room and the facility are a bit oldish.

The bathroom was too small, I couldn't bend comfortably to wash my feet. The WC was stained and looked super unhygienic ?. The WiFi didn't work either. There were also tiny cockroaches in the room

Not a bad location Bit grubby looking, check in is at a different hotel over the road (not good if it's raining, as it was), parking garage fairly near but again a pain lugging cases etc when it's raining.

The receptionist's behavior was awful. She was incredibly condescending, acting like she was doing us a favor by letting us stay there for free. To make matters worse, the rooms were filthy, outdated, and smelled terrible. Avoid this place at all costs—I absolutely do not recommend it.

The wifi was the best out of all the hotels we stayed at in Austria. I liked their effort to reduce waste. Room was spacious and clean.

Good location Space was not clean and outdated. The property double charged me for the room and the front desk has failed to refund me nor do they answer the telephone.

The room was a little dark and old. There was no air conditioner though they provided one small cooler fan but it was not enough. No kettle was present in the room for boiled water. Apart from this things were decent and we enjoyed our stay.

Central location Run down. Not well cleaned. Stains on walls and curtains. Not helpful staff. Carpets where you are happy to have shoes.

Bathroom was spacious and renewed, beds were good, and breakfast was fine. Floor covering, door frames, and some furniture were worn out in the room and hall.

Great location, very close to the inner City - walking distance. Quiet neighborhood, I did not hear any traffic noise. Very friendly staff, very clean room Nothing comes to my mind

Some basic supplements, like an electric kettle, were missing in the room. The TV was not smart-TV - so, no Netflix or any other subscription movie services are available.

The location was fantastic, very close to the city but still quiet, providing a perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility. The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, the bed sheets hadn’t been changed and looked unclean, which was disappointing.

The room was very comfortable, and the location was very accessible. The parking was full, so we had to park in a public parking lot, which was too far to be accessed with small children. However, the Hotel offers a discount to the public parking.

Location was wonderful! We walked down the hill through the tunnel to the Karajan fountain close to the cathedral and residenz platz. We’re old so we could either easily bus or taxi back. I don’t think for someone else the walk back up would be difficult. The coffee and soft drink were not functioning. There were many opportunities to acquire these beverages though.

As noted by everyone, the carpet is appalling. Elevator is too slow to be of use, Someone kept blocking the security door open, and it was likely an employee, since the jam used was very convenient. Far too expensive for what is delivered.
