I picked up my refrozen ice packs at 4:30 AM on my way to my flight!

The only confusion we had is that there are two Springhill hotels back to back next to each other. We just tried to check into the wrong one. The staff said it happens all the time. Better signage would help with that maybe. Highly recommend this place.

Comfort & clean A/c unit smelled of burnt rubber when it ran. Hotel staff told us they were fully booked, nothing could be done & to just turn it off. It was a hot uncomfortable night. No one slept well. Towels were quite threadbare.

Close to airport. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, as usual at SpringHill. The room was showing wear. It’s definitely not a newer property.

Staff were great, room was great and breakfast was included with plenty of choices. Drawback was the elevator not working and hearing about recent break ins into cars in parking lot was disconcerting.
