Price was good for a quick, overnight trip. Best part is the convenience of the light rail, right at the front entrance of the hotel.

All around perfect stay

Room was in good condition. The city view from 10th floor was nice. The pool was closed for the winter season although it was only the beginning of October and it was indoors and weather was not that cold. The AC was not working the night we checked and it wasn’t fixed until the afternoon. So we were dealing with being in a room with temperature of 75 degrees. Not good especially we traveled with two small children. We had an event to go to in the morning and we had to canceled it because hot water for the shower wasn’t working until it was around 2 in the afternoon. Despite of all that happening, our two day stay was being content with the service. They were nice with our late checkout. Parking is $10 a day and there is no free breakfast. They do sell breakfast but a little pricey. Front desk people are nice.

The staff were not that friendly. At breakfast, which I did not eat since there were no options without meat except sweets which I did not want. The woman manning the breakfast room was strange, she hovered behind us and others to see what we were doing and made comments about their choices for breakfast, like I saw you in the gym this morning, good job, water is a great choice for breakfast......weird. The cleaning person was vacuuming the whole time we were sitting drinking our coffee, the place needs a freshen up and stafff need to understan customer service.

The room itself was wonderful, clean, comfortable bed, room. No free breakfast- it was pay A la carte. Not a great variety there. One major inconvenience was there were no coffee makers in each room. And the one coffee maker they had in the lobby that was "available 24 hours" not in service two times when I went to get some early morning, which was disappointing and very inconvenient. One of the workers was rude to me when I expressed being disappointed that it had happened twice, he told me to grow up and stop being a baby. This establishment is being closed at the end of the week, so I guess he don't care too much about customer service. Actually, all of the other workers there were very pleasant.

Everyone was very friendly. Room was very nice and clean. The only thing I was disappointed with is that there was not a free breakfast, and the menu was very limited. Parking was super easy though, and it was a wonderful stay overall.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were moldy - a pet peeve of mine. It's so easy to use Clorox spray or a bleach pen to work on mold in corners and in the grout.

Parking is kinda far from the room. Theres only one location for elevators and its inside. Thought there was elevators where the parking was but nope. I didnt try the breakfast we had a different place in mind. It was a pretty comfortable room and bed.

I was in a room that had the UTA Trax stop right outside. Had I been staying any more than a couple days and not unpacked before realizing it, I would have requested a different room. It was quite loud until late at night and started very early in the morning. I know this is not the property's fault, just would have been nice to be made aware at check-in about it.

I love this hotel. Rooms are so nicely appointed with appropriate and useful furniture and many have lovely views.

The bed squeaks. It’s decently comfy. Clean rooms. The room smelled like cigarettes and that is the worst!! The staff the friendly depending on who you talk to. The breakfast is dumb and you pay for it, so obviously not worth eating there. Had to leave to eat, which was annoying. Probably won’t choose stay there again but if I had to, I wouldn’t die :)
