Easy parking, clean room, great location and breakfast. Would stay again!
-
The room had tiny cockroaches and it was in a very unsafe part of the city. My husband had to sleep in the U-Haul in a parking lot away from the hotel so that we wouldn’t get broken into because the clearance for the parking garage was too low.
-
This hotel is wonderful, we stay here every time we come to visit our daughter at U of U. Easy walkability to everything and a short drive to the University

Big and clean two room apartment in Salt Lake City Downtown. Nice staff at front desk. Breakfast with very poor gluten free options. People from kitchen didn’t offer anything instead or just told us what meal was gluten free.

The next day, the room smelt fishy from the wet carpet. The hotel couldn’t find another room which has the same layout, we stayed 2 more days. The night before we checked out, the smell was really bad. We had to open the window. Also the toilet was clogged for one day. The maintenance finally came to fix it after 1 day. We won’t go back again unless they remodel it. Location is amazing. Staffs were nice.

The room was nice and big. It was clean. The staff was super nice and friendly. The breakfast wasn’t great but it was okay.
-
The hotel overall is very comfortable, big rooms, very good breakfast. Be carefull with bookings, check before arriving if you will get the right room. Our problem with getting the wrong room has been solved in one day, but had a problem the first night .

Clean, comfortable room. Nice breakfast, secure parking garage, close to restaurants. Shower had loose fixtures and slightly low water pressure.
-
The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There was a mix up in my reservation and the room type I reserved was not available. However, the staff was able to offer a solution that fit my needs at no additional cost.
-
Property was as expected. Staff did not tell us about a routine fire alarm drill so we left the building and then strangers told us it was a drill and we could go in.
-
Always the best for my crew.
-
Convenient to downtown
-
The facility seems to very secure as theirs a large unhoused population.
-
Very Clean and the Interior is really great For the Food, I think serving Bacon during breakfast is better
-
It was fine. SLC has like 30 homeless people and they all live in the area around this hotel. Open air drug use and folks who obviously need mental health services walking around.

Upon pulling drapes in bedroom area, I saw a cracked/broken window. The crack can be felt and needs replacement asap (room 327). We chose to wait until leaving to report it, as we had adults only no children with the stay. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

Breakfast was great- lots of options. Couldn't see over the edge of the pool area at the view.
