Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Stes Salt Lake City-Airport East by IHG

The hotel was nice and clean except our bath tub had a deep dirty ring on it. Otherwise very helpful staff n clean facility.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago and they didn't have hot water when we checked in last night there was a hand written thank you note with snacks and drinks thanking us for coming back

Very comfortable and clean and the continental breakfast was excellent We had a room on the freeway side and the traffic noise was not good

The variety of choices in your cute little lobby store. You actually had things that most places don’t. The bed. It was so hard and while flying to my destination, my back hurt all day. Very uncomfortable.

Love the cookies! The room was quite loud next to the highway but I brought earplugs so it wasn't an issue at all. Great room.

No hot water. The reason we got a hitel room was to be able to take a hot shower and relax before heading back home.

It was hot. There was no hot water. Not enough clean towels. There was a gross smell in the hotel. There was chunks of food in the elevator that was there the entire stay, and the floors and walls in elevator looked as if they had never seen a cleaning rag, nasty.

The property was well maintained and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast offered many options and was excellent. Parking is not far from front door and convenient. If you stay here and freeway noise bothers you, request a room away from the freeway. Our room faced the freeway and was too noisy for a restful sleep.

Clean, friendly staff, close to the airport. Location not scenic and the property is a little tired, but fine overall place to get some sleep.

Room was clean, start was courteous, room was quiet. Toilet paper can be read through and but overall the stay was good. There is a lot of head room for hotel reviews but I will stay again. 3 good stars!

Great cool and clean room

Our room was clean, beds were comfy, and staff was friendly. Construction was happening in the hotel, breakfast was not always stocked and juice machine was broken, and I specifically picked a hotel with a pool for my kids, but staff closed the pool on our second day there saying it needed maintenance. However, no "maintenance needed" or "closed" sign was ever put up and we felt like they just didnt want kids playing in the pool. The hot tub needs major work (looked dirty and worn down, was cold on our first day, and jets never worked).

The rooms were clean nice size and affordable. They had a shuttle service from the airport. It was under construction but didn’t mind that either.
