Days Inn by Wyndham Black Bear

The rooms were good size and having a fridge and a microwave goes a long way. Located close to everyrhing we wanted to do,plus some bonus places. The only complaint that I have was the pool area was not very clean. It smelled like cat urine and the hot tub was warm,not hot.

The staff was friendly. That is all that we liked about this stay. Our room wouldn't lock, they couldn't fix it because it appeared as though the door jam had been kicked in. They couldn't give us another room because they were fully booked so we had to spend another $200 for another room somewhere else for the night. There was physical damage to the Sheetrock and the tub before we checked in and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. They also placed a family with young children above us so at 11:30 at night when they were jumping on the floors we had to complain to the office.

Disappointing

No house keeping for a two day stay. Not even garbage pickup. No fan in the bathroom so towels remained damp. Fridge did not work, our previously frozen water bottles dripped condensation all over everything, medications and food meant to be refrigerated were damp and not kept cold. Upon leaving we attempted to get ice for the medication and both community ice chests were empty by 8 am.

Unfortunately, it was the only one available in the area.

Too much noise of people next door who clearly were drunk, the hotel was clean and the staff were great

The price It was very dated, not clean, the pipes had brown water come out of them at first..

Overall a good stay. The smaller pool was perfect for my little one!

5 Star property! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is large and well-kept and very clean. There is a great walking area for the pup! I've stayed at this property before and will stay again.

The other hotel guests were ridiculously loud all night. It doesn’t seem like the kind of place you want to stay if you want a comfortable night’s sleep.

Great location for anyone needing to be close to events, restaurants and many universities- including Western Oregon University. Great prices. Hey, its clean.

Location and pool - could have been warmer I had a very dark long black hair on my bedsheet. I have blonde hair. I didn’t think the room was very clean and the hand soap was used by the previous person.

Very dated. Room was large. Handicap shower was good. Had a jacuzzi. Noisy, no breakfast.
