I would have preferred a more clean bathroom. The shower grout needs to be refreshed.

Everything. The staff is amazing. The hotel is a 1600 old monastery and is one of the most beautiful rooms we have had. Location was great!!!

Very clean and right in the heart of city, a short walk from the from Playa Mayor Well when we asked them where the pool was, they told us that it wasn’t open, the pool only opens mid July through August! I also find a bit odd that when you are being charged quite a lot for room you are asked for an additional amount to park your car

Perfect hotel located in the very old building bus super nicely refurbished, stuff is simply excellent and many thanks for all help. Dog friendly! I would change towels to new, and if shower head is broken it is not a bad idea to install original brand one:)

Location and connection to history! Lack of storage - very little room for clothes; no storage by bed; no ventilation / extraction in bathroom. Very dreary terrace area.

Location is perfect. Was clean and good quality rooms. No gym, no spa. Especially gym I was missing- I had to do my morning workout in the room.

Instruction how to get to the hotel. Parking is in public carrage along a very narrow street and you need to walk the street down or up to the hotel.

The location was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. the room was spacious. charging station (a bit expensive, particularly for hybrids) the room had no temperature control working, becoming eventually a bit too hot, so we opened the window for air and the city noises... working machines, traffic, chatting, etc. The phone in the room was not working. For a hotel that accepts pets, they are not allowed anywhere in the hotel but the room. quite different from other pet friendly hotels.

Location was ideal to explore Salamanca. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building has a very nice interior with cosy rooms and a very good breakfast. the elevator system in the two main buildings are a bit confusing at times. One time I ended up somewhere in the kitchen..not sure if that was supposed to be like that LOL

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful old building, nice bar. Had an evening meal at the hotel, very enjoyable meal with great service Parking is a bit random! Staff moved my vehicle for me and parked it in a better place.
