For the value, the room was excellent. We had a fantastic visit. We have every intention of staying there again when we are back in the area.

Clean functional room, good value for money. Even though no tea in room available at certain hours in reception along with microwave to heat up frozen meals for sale. Parking good.

Very clean rooms with a decent shower and enough space to relax. And a super comfortable bed! They have a desk space, which was perfect as I work when I travel. Huge parking lot, so it was easy to park. And the location is perfect if you have a car -- it's just off the main road, so it's easy to get around without having to drive in the city centre. Staff were nice!

Brand welknow for all travelers. Tone style look bright Your staff at this location and Chiang Mai (Air port branch), not nice and look not sincere and voice tone not good. Look like look down Guest. Room some nit maintenance.

It's valuable. The price is cheap. there is no roof in parking area.

They offer hair dryer if you agree to pay deposit. And if you complain, they 'tried' to help. The air cnoditioner in our room was like a broken washing machine. The engine roared like it was gonna explode the whole night. It took some time like 30 mins to 'warm up' before it started to growl. So when we first notified the hotel staff, everything seemed normal when they retarted the AC. Even though we insisted we wanted to change the room, they could only apologize and replied there were no spare room left. In fact, there might not have rooms with 2 single beds left, they could have offered us other 2 rooms with one single bed as solutions. BUT, nothing were suggested or offered. We ended up bearing wiht the sound the whole night...Thanks for making our one-time memory in this place unforgettable...
