nice and comfy bed, great and open shower, breakfast for diverse and plentiful settings of switches for the lights and kind of light are not comfy for the sleeping settings.

Air conditioning was not working, the camera was so hot we had to leave for another hotel. Still, they reimbursed us

Great front of house reception. Perfect for travelling one night stopover. Great restaurant next door with super food and staff. Hotel bfast was fab. Hotel was immaculately clean despite its age.

Staff friendly. Helped me with my lugages up the 1st floor cause pregnant and a baby underage 3. Affordable price. Stains in the bathtub ? and walls. Had to clean the tub myself before bathing my son in there. Room smelling of cigarettes. Had to wake up in the middle of the night to open up the window not minding the cold, having a baby under 3 years of age wasn't assuring and pregnant. I think they need to make smokers pay for smoking in the room, knowing it's against the hotel policies. No lift (baggages and children underage).

Basic, clean but had air conditioning & had a good breakfast. Exceptional value for money. The staff were v nice. Unfortunately there was a burst water pipe during our stay so the cold water could only be turned on at specific times to enable showers. There was enough hot water in the taps at all times to brush teeth & toilets were not an issue. They did the best they could & it didn’t inconvenience our stay.

Very useful location for those attending events at Beaujoire Stadium. Easily walkable. Very good value for money The automated check in process needs addressing. We lost access to our rooms on a daily basis despite booking a 3 night stay in advance. We figured out that our key codes expired each day at noon. In order to access or rooms ( and our belongings ) we had to check-in on an automated kiosk with our reservation number as if we were new customers. There is a glitch in the system and if we chose the ‘english’ language, our reservation number was not found. If we changed the language to French, it worked! Each day we had to make a new separate credit card payment in advance for our nights stay before we could use our room. The front desk was unattended until 4pm so if you arrive before this, you are on your own figuring out how check in works. What’s more we had no running cold water for our stay. This was, I assume a once off issue. However over 3 days, toilet didn’t flush. We didn’t have drinking water and couldn’t have showers because it was only scalding hot water available. We were advised of a plumbing issue and were allowed cold water access for two 30 minute periods per day.

Right next to a nice restaurant so easy to get an evening meal. There were black hairs on our bathtub, a hornet's nest outside of our window, our heater was hanging off the wall (my husband rehung it back onto the fixtures) and the walls were paper thin. Not a great night's sleep.
