La Villa Mauresque is a seafront hotel offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It is a beautiful property. Very quiet and relaxing with beautiful views. The property is not on the beach or at walking distance from restaurants. The main pool was not heated for swimming.

A 5 star boutique water front property. Rooms are very spacious and extremely well styles as is the breakfast eating area overlooking the water & pool. Two excellent pool areas. San Raphael is a lovely area to visit. Some 3fkm away from San Raphael and the main beach areas though we did walk into the centre and caught taxis to restaurants without much effort. No restaurant for dinner Mon & Tues.

Gorgeous property - absolutely stunning!! The room was also lovely. They had opened the more casual restaurant on our second day, which was great, but definitely wish it was open during the entirety of our stay and wish there more attentiveness of staff while we were laying on the sand (offering water, etc).

The view of the beach is amazing. Great garden to relax and enjoy the sound of the beach. This is really not a 5 star hotel. It’s more a restaurant with some rooms attached. They never mentioned the restaurant was closed most of the week. The gym is very rusty and the two machines were out of power. Pool was heated but still very cold and no towel service. Menu is limited and expensive. We ordered a fish salad for lunch, but they could not find any fish so we got vegetables instead and still had to pay for it. The ratings on booking say it’s a 10, but most likely gamed.

The facility is actually very nice. Unfortunately, however, everything exudes an atmosphere of coldness and unkindness. Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional management. It was loud at night because an event was taking place. Our complaint was rejected in an almost aggressive manner. We have never experienced anything like this in a hotel and we travel a lot all over the world. In addition, our reservation in the restaurant was cancelled just a few hours before dinner. However, there are no comparable restaurants far and wide. The whole complex apears loveless and sad.

Room, view, and some members of the staff. The room service food was a disaster. Unacceptable. I said so to the hotel's management. Also, while some members of the staff were both kind and inviting, others were rude and not engaged.

What a great location right on the coast. The reception staff and parking guy were so lovely and friendly. Rooms have private outdoor jacuzzi. Two pools very relaxing and great. We had wine tasting with our meal and a few glasses only filled to a small amount was fine but was surprised this was over euro 200 on the bill. However, know for next time

Excellent location, building and rooms are amazing. Garden and view was too. Staff restaurants were amazing and concierge too. Facilities are poor and staff absent and inexistent except at the restaurant or reception room. Otherwise anything you need you hav to go for it, no staff at the swimming pool or at the beach to help for any order or need.

Such a lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds with a lovely view of the sea. We had a ground floor room by one of the pools which was perfect. We could walk out of our rroom straight to the pool and it was so peaceful and quiet, it was almost like having our own private pool. The quality of the room was great and it was kept very clean. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere and is very near some lovely beach restaurants which we could walk to and we had some lovely evenings there. I didn't think the check-in was very good. They took my passport and credit card and forgot to return them. The design of the room is very odd, with very little cupboard space. Food at the hotel was so expensive we only ate there once. There is no beach at the hotel which is a real shame and some of the local beaches were quite dirty and quite smelly. Not the hotels fault but useful to know. Frejus was very nice but didn't really like Saint Raphael
