Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans une suite Junior et, malheureusement, notre expérience a été très décevante. L’hôtel est clairement vieillissant, sans pour autant dégager le charme que l’on peut attendre d’un établissement ancien. La “suite Junior” n’avait d’une suite que le nom. Certes, elle était spacieuse et disposait d’une petite terrasse, mais celle-ci était sale et peu entretenue. À notre arrivée, la chambre était envahie d’araignées, de mites et de nombreux moucherons. Une forte odeur d’humidité régnait dans la pièce, visiblement masquée par une quantité importante de febreze. Cela n’a fait qu’accentuer la sensation de manque d’entretien. Le plus gros point noir reste la literie. Le lit était très petit et le matelas extrêmement inconfortable : nous nous enfoncions dès que nous nous allongions. Après 2 nuits, nous sommes repartis avec des douleurs au dos et une grande fatigue, tant notre sommeil a été mauvais. Heureusement, le spa Nuxe a été une excellente surprise. Le massage était de grande qualité, très relaxant, et le personnel était accueillant, souriant et professionnel. Malheureusement, une nouvelle nuit sur cette literie a rapidement effacé tous les bienfaits du soin. Le petit-déjeuner est un buffet très classique, sans mauvaise surprise mais sans rien d’exceptionnel non plus. En revanche, nous avons été déçus d’apprendre qu’il était impossible de commander une simple omelette ou des œufs bien cuits parce que la cuisine était déjà fermée. En tant que femme enceinte, j’aurais apprécié un peu plus de souplesse sur ce point. Au vu de l’état général des chambres, du confort de la literie et des prestations proposées, cet établissement ne nous semble plus mériter son classement 4 étoiles. Nous lui attribuerions plutôt un niveau équivalent à un bon hôtel 2 ou 3 étoiles.

Location is great in an affluent area just outside St Raphael and perfect for exploring the area by car. Good, spacious room albeit in need of a little updating.. Courteous staff, lovely quiet pool area, good food and drink. Next to the golf course but .no need to be a golfer to enjoy the facilities and ambience. Wi fi in our room was sketchy and nothing after 4 pm every day for no obvious reason. Complained but it didn't improve over the week. Restaurant food was lovely on the occasion we used it for an evening meal but a very small menu with limited choice. Better options in town.

The calm, the parking, the bed, the bathroom and the Nuxe shower gel. The breakfast was great. Beware of a hidden charge of €25 per person to access the SPA. Before booking, I carefully read the facilities section, which explicitly stated that additional charges applied only to massages. There was no mention anywhere that basic SPA access itself was not included. When I raised the issue with staff, I was told they were unable to display this information on Booking.com — which I find hard to believe, as properties are fully able to update their facility descriptions to accurately reflect what is and isn't included. This feels less like an oversight and more like a deliberate omission designed to avoid deterring potential guests. Transparency matters. If a core amenity comes at an extra cost, it should be clearly stated upfront — not discovered at check-in.

Room was big and had a balcony with a view on the green areas. It was beautiful ! Staff was super nice, explained everything. Quiet location, close to tennis courts and golf courses. Very relaxing.

A comfortable hotel with lovely pool and access to the golf course and club house bar and restaurant. It was a little bit isolated. A car is probably required.

The breakfast is excellent, which provides rich selection. For the hotel guests, you can play tennis for free of charge. My booked room type is "Le Charme" is newly renovated. The floor tiles in the bathroom is not clean. And the service of reception needs to be improved. As our shower gel cannot be pumped and I reported this issue in the morning but when I come back in the evening, it still doesn't work.
