Buena ubicación por su cercanía al metro Bastante angosto típico de edificación de Paris

Petite chambre cozy à la déco moderne, propre, check-in très simple, face au métro. Rue passante mais on entend rien. Globalement calme. Il y a un bruit épouvantable au déclenchement de la chasse d'eau, une sorte d'évacuation mécanisée bruyante. Il y a juste ce point probablement propre à la chambre (8).

Good value for money in the northern part of Paris. Friendly staff and many amenities nearby, like the massive Paris Flea market. Room was on the smaller side and bathroom even smaller, but with this price it really wasn't an issue.

I am American and the heat killed me without AC.

The location is really convenient with the Metro 13. The neighborhood was also mainly minority families so I felt safe. I don’t agree with other comments finding the location unsafe. The room was covered with dust and cobwebs everywhere. The bathroom didn’t have a ventilator and the door didn’t close fully. There was some rust and mold, which could be solved with deep cleaning . The bed was so stiff and not comfortable at all. Also its regular price was cheaper than booking, I realized this later.

I asked for a non-smoker room, i got one that smelt very badly

I really enjoyed my stay at Café Hôtel de l’Avenir. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent, very close to the metro and surrounded by many restaurants and shops, which made getting around very easy. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay. The only thing I missed was an elevator, especially when carrying luggage. Other than that, everything was very good.

The location next to the metro and great bakery Nothing

My second time staying here. It has the charm, the vibe and everything I needed. I love this hotel. The metro stop is across the street. And it's worth staying slightly away from the most popular areas because I can find also restaurants near by with reasonable prices and good food. The bakery across the McD is the bestas well! For my stay, all was great! No complains

Firstly, I liked that they have an early check in time. I landed from an international flight and it was amazing to be able to arrive and rest right away. I also really like that they use codes to access the facility and your room. I just took a pic of the paper in case I’d lose it. Staff was very polite. It’s not that it was a huge deal but the walls are very thin so you can hear everything. And that’s understandable. Just wanted to mention it for the light sleepers, bring ear plugs. There is a kettle but no tea packets or anything. Very basic. Again; not a huge deal but it would go long ways if they added a few things in the room. Overall I had a comforstay

View from the window was a beautiful church. No elevators in the hotel. I climbed 3 floors with my 2 trolley bags.
-
It was just one minute away from metro The bathroom was so small that you couldn’t close the door while sitting on the toilette
-
The room size were too small.

Too small but it’s okay

The hotel is clean with good sound insulation. The location is great. Water was leaking from the bathroom sink. And with a big bag on the third floor is difficult to carry the bag in that small stairs.
-
It’s close to public transportation, and there are good restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

I read about it before and it wasn't a surprise, but I thought it would be necessary to provide a hairdryer. And there's a restaurant under the one-story building. On Saturday night, there was live music playing, people singing along, talking loudly on the terrace. It might cause problems falling asleep...

Without elevator, and the room was in 3th floor. It's tooooo small
