The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat. The facilities were well kept and had nice landscaping. The garden apartment with the walk out door to the yard was really nice for our dog. The bed was large and comfortable. It was a quiet night sleep as well. The hotel is a bit dated, our room was very "1995". The tub/shower was quite awkward to use, big step up to get in the tub. We went to the "formal" restaurant and not the bistro, and it was a bit of a disappointment. They didn't take into consideration our food restrictions and I have had better food for the price.

We ended up having to purchase some coffee and filters for the coffee machine. It was a little disappointing. We recommend putting Nespresso coffee machines in all the cottages.

Michelin 1 star restaurant and staff were a 10+. Bistrot good but understaffed. Breakfast needs a little bit variety. Rooms and pool need a major refurbishment job Rooms and pool dated

Clean well kept good location for picking up cross channel ferry Really , really disappointed with the food after the hype it gives itself . Also restaurant staff not so friendly as reception staff .

Stayed here many times. Very convenient, clean and excellent parking Bistro. Again, very cold surroundings, limited menu. Food very average. The restaurant was shut the night we stayed. Will not eat in the Bistro again.

Great location- easy access to early ferry to Jersey, nice bistrot and indoor pool. Attached park with holiday cottages was nice place to walk the dog. Sadly the Michelin 1 star restaurant was closed night we were staying.
