the room was quite confortable. it was easy to park next to the hotel far from the roads - it was quite the lack of bathtub ... even if asked asked for a bathtub by email, only have a shower ...

Comfortable room on 5th floor. Town side view. Good breakfast. Parking at reasonable rate/day. Electric charge for EV for € 10.- per charge. Really good to explore Saint Malo in 1 day walking Everything was ok.

Excellent food and service at the hotel restaurant, the waiters were really great with my three year-old toddler. Direct access to the beach front from the restaurant. Electric heater greatly appreciated even though it caused the electricity to cut off twice during our stay. Excellent room service for breakfast. No extractor fan in the shower. Room only available from 4pm with no option to pay a little extra to get access earlier in the afternoon.

The view from the room could not have been better. Astonishing! Furthermore, the hotel's location just far enough from the very busy center of town without being out of reach, was an unexpected huge bonus. The promenade and beach directly in front of the hotel were busy in a pleasant rather than overwhelming way. Parking, for a fee, was available and easily accessible. The reception staff, I assume overwhelmed and overworked, was a bit more curt than others we have encountered.
