Close enough to where I needed to be. Staff cleaning room when I had do not disturb on the door

Staff were excellent and at check in, service almost felt five-star!! The night clerk was a little gruff, but provided information properly. Breakfast was very good. Hotel was well kept and clean. Overall, good value for money. 15 minute walk to Metro, 15 minutes from the airport, making for a good option to park our car and go into Paris that way.

The staff The location wasn’t great as no shops or restaurants near. Parking wasn’t at the same location but the hotel staff did provide a clear explanation

Очень приветливый персонал, особенно менеджер на завтраке - открытый, позитивный, готовый помочь с любой просьбой по завтраку. В отеле чисто, не многолюдно, метро в пешей доступности. На ресепшн есть менеджер, владеющий русским языком. Район не такой пугающий, как кажется по началу, вокруг много строящихся объектов, большой ТЦ не так далеко (правда дальше, чем кажется, т.к. нужно переходить речку), хороший аутлет совсем рядом. Не работал интернет от слова совсем - по словам персонала, что-то было повреждено идущей рядом стройкой, сроки восстановления интернета были неизвестны, но дольше нашего пребывания в гостинице.
