Bed was comfy. Wifi was good Reception/hallways were very dirty (leaves, dust, debris and stained carpets in halls). Very small stuffy room. We had credits to use but the rates advertised outside the hotel were 300€ for the cheapest room! Not advertised but even so, no tea/coffe facilities is really not on especially at those prices. On arrival, asked for payment even though it had been prepaid and I had confirmation on booking.com - this was very annoying as unable to contact Booking.com! Messaged BOOKING.COM and still waiting for an answer- customer services is non existent!

The room was clean, the bathroom was new and squeaky clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing There was a weird noise that we always heard from outside the room / the corridor, not sure what it was from but it was a bit annoying.

No coffee or tea facilities in the room, these days if there’s no coffee machine you’d expect at least a kettle and a few coffee sachets.

Very friendly staff. Beds are too hard. We were there during a bad canicule and the AC was noisy. hearing the compressor starting every 30 seconds is very annoying!

We didn’t like the carpet on the floor and It didn’t get vacuum during our stay . Color of paint and wall paper were dull . The room lacked a safe to keep valuable .

It was a nice and clean hotel room, not very big, but enough for a few nights. The hotel is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, close to bus stations with connections both to Paris city centre and Versailles, but it does take half an hour to reach the main sights. The staff is friendly and accomodating.
