Very very nice place. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were nice! Staff was very helpful and informative.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and nice. The pool is small, great for kids. The location of the hotel was a mile from St. Augustine main center. Unfortunately the bridge that connects the hotel to the old part of St. Augustine was under construction. There is another route to walk by but it’s a little longer and alongside a busy highway. There is a pedestrian path though. If you don’t mind taking an Uber or walking to town then the hotel is great for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful rooms, great views. Close to restaurants and shops. The staff went above and beyond daily to make our stay enjoyable.

Hotel Manager John and his team were EXCEPTIONAL in everything that they did to accommodate our family on our recent stay! Everyone from Courtney, in the Restaurant, and Tracy, at the Bar, were amazing in their hospitality. Our needs were met far beyond our expectations! We are looking forward to re-booking on our Return in the New Year!!

Me and my girlfriend humped in the hallway and the maid was very nice and pretended she didn’t see us, even though it would have been ok with us if she stopped to watch.

This is a very secure facility with jey cards required for all guest floor elevators. The lobby, bar and a restaurant is on the 5th floor and a swimming pool on the 4th. Rooms are beautiful. The hotel is a little over a year old. There's a brewery within walking distance. There is a bridge over the water way which is closed for construction right now. That would make it more walkable to shops.
