Staff was excellent and helpful. Room was perfect for a family in a family unit. Breakfast was hot, favorite items and delicious. Beach area was lovely. Pool was not large. Room was clean and balcony was perfect to view the ocean and relax. I will return and recommend this hotel.

Competitively-priced, immaculate, steps from the beach and ideally-located near restaurants and shops, this hotel is a no-brainer choice for visitors to St. Augustine Beach. We enthusiastically recommend!

There is no real view on 2nd floor balcony. Dont bother waist of money. Walls are very thin and loud obnoxious customers can do what they want, sadly. Breakfast was good. Staff at breakfast very friendly. Staff at check in very sweet & friendly. All young so maybe that’s why the loud customers get away with being loud til 3am :(

Great room to be right at the beach!! So easy to walk out to the beach. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating, room was nice and very clean. Enjoyable breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay. The room was clean but the A/C was incredibly noisy and we could hear it dripping (loudly) from the room above us. The breakfast was great and the staff were nothing short of incredible! They were the definition of hospitable! The one thing I wish we had were beach chairs. The beach is very large and quite beautiful, but there was nowhere to sit and the towels they provided were incredibly thin and small. The location was fantastic- such a close drive to everything! The Sunset Grille across the street was perfect for dining. This was very much a 3 / 3.5 star hotel. It wasn’t fancy but it certainly did the trick for our family. HUGE shout out to Vanessa, the front desk manager. What a gem!

It was a great stay at the hotel. Even know the system was down when we were checking in they already had everything printed out and ready. We were still able to check in.

We had no pillows sheets for sofa couch we had no shampoo or conditioner in bathroom.. breakfast I had to ask for cups for coffee and all fixings for coffee and had to ask for syrup as it was empty

The Staff were Wonderful, breakfast was good, rooms were clean, had no service for t.v., Water was turned off for repairs for about 3 hr.

I recently stay at this hotel with expectation of a standard basic beach amenities available for use. Somewhere to clean you sandy feet after spending time at the beach, while there were 2 areas of water towers to rinse off, only the pools side was working. Not to mentions unavailable access before 8am... The grounds were noticeably unclean. Water dripping along the walk way to elevators, pool house bathroom dirty, room service only came to room once in my 4 day stay. I had to ask for clean room towels daily from the housekeeper on the floor. By the end of my stay our room floor was like walking on the beach. The staff was pleasant and apologetic when checked out, however felt insincere. Really disappointing for the quality standards Hamptons usually offers. Next year, back to VRBO for us, don't waste your money on this hotel, not worth the $300+ a night just because you have easier access to beach. Not even close...

My room was clean and cool. All the employees I interacted with were pleasant and helpful! The breakfast looked great but I ate across the street at a breakfast diner, yummy! I really liked the location, right on the biggest beach around. I will return in the future!

Safe environment and pleasant There were no microwaves in the room. But the front desk receptionist was so kind to let me use the microwave in the breakfast area.

We have always loved Hampton. Abagail was a great greeter and made checking in go very smooth. I will say the bed was not comfortable like they used to be. The pillows were like sleeping on the pillow case. As far as breakfast the hotel use to have decent breakfast. This time it was like the same stuff all three mornings. Before there used to be an assortment of danishes. The location was excellent and staff was excellent.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Our room had an odor. It was probably the carpet.
