Great location by the station. Staff was very professional and helpful. Free buffet breakfast was pretty simple with limited options, but it was decent for being free. Staff did a good job refilling the food/drinks. The A/C (air conditioner) is centrally controlled, so the temperature cannot be adjusted individually by the rooms. We visited in early April and even though it was already warm Spring weather, the central A/C was set on HEAT. We like to sleep in a cold room (we sleep hot), so we were disappointed we couldn’t adjust the room temperature ourselves. The staff suggested to turn off the A/C unit completely and provided a portable fan. We only stayed one night, so we made it through the night but it was hot and uncomfortable.

The location was literally behind the train station. Breakfast was FOC, decent and simple. Booked the twin room for my aunt and cousin, sufficient space for two. Got a double room for myself, sufficient for one pax but I feel it will be a bit cramped for two pax. - Can have more washing machines and dryers - Pillow was a tad flat - Only given one pillow each pax (as seen in the photo)

Very close to Saga station. The air conditioner did not work for the 2 nights I have stayed there. It was so hot I got woken up at night drenched in sweats. We informed the hotel and they are aware and told us that they had a problem with the AC but they did not do anything to compensate for it.

It was convenient being right next to Kumamoto Station and clean! The rooms are a little cramped for two. There was just barely enough space to open up two luggages.

Location !!! Walked out from JR and found it. The beds were wide. Free easy breakfastof wide selection, from east to west. Ice machine provided (We didn't use it) Air-conditioner was broken, and it was full of dust. Seemed like no one had used it for decades. One flat pillow per person provided. We were just a bit earlier than 3pm but needed to pay quite a lot extra if requesting early check-in.

・Perfect location just next to Saga station ・Comfortable bed ・Good breakfast included (although dining room was overcrowded with very noisy Chinese tourists...) ・Good TV & all necessary equipment included ・Reasonable price ・Air conditioning is partially centrally-controller, cannot change to auto mode ・Bad soundproofing, a lot of noise from the corridor can be heard ・Cleaning policy could be improved: not very eco-friendly (toothbrush is thrown away every day, why?), electric kettle and hairdryer cable are being zip-tied every day which is a bit annoying

Very close to the train station - only a minute’s walk. Bed comfortable. I arrived early and was able to relax in their breakfast/ library/ lounge area until it was time to check in. TV also had streaming and YouTube access. Staff were lovely. FREE BREAKFAST. Bathroom a little small, but at least there wasn’t a big step up into it like some other places I have been.
