We’ve stayed at this hotel for the last several years for our Jehovahs Witness convention, and every time the staff was very polite and kind. We always look forward to our stay here and will for years to come. Thank you Quality Inn Sacramento Convention Center 😊

The cracks in the wall and the air-conditioning being off and taking a while to cool off the room was frustrating. Everything else was great, and the staff was wonderful and so accommodating for me

The wear and tear on the fixtures was bad. Lampshades half rotted away, wood furnishings gouged and scraped, drawers off kilter and broken, base trim on walls coming off…toilet paper holder kept coming undone. Breakfast was sparse and not up to par. No fresh fruit (empty bowl?), waffle iron broken, minimal items. There were two cereals, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. Less robust than what I normally see at a Quality Inn.

The property externally looks old and run down but the rooms are very modern, fully restored & nice. Once you get into your room it's much nicer than the outer overall appearance. I would stay there again if I needed a room directly in downtown Sacramento at a more affordable pricet than the bigger hotels. Great location for anything directly downtown. Walking distance from everything downtown and has all around restaurants very close. NOTE: The breakfast in the lobby ends at 9am. You can't sleep-in and expect to get the incuded simple lobby breakfast. Not a big problem though. Just something to be aware of.

Staff, clean room and parking all convenient
-
Most of the hotel was OK, considering the location and price, but the issue for me was that the shower had dry hair in multiple spots.
-
Room was great! Breakfast was awful! Staff could be more helpful and polite. Knocked on office door and staff could be seen playing video games and wouldn’t open up the door.
-
Convenient location to the historic district.

Close to convention center and restaurants Not clean and did not feel safe—very sketchy area near a bar with lots of homeless, loud at night with people yelling and banging on doors
-
Walkable to the memorial auditorium for Concerts. Convenient Free on-site parking. Free Breakfast is good.
-
Clean rooms, hygienic bed, washrooms....but very limited breakfast options. No bread and toaster.

There was on-site parking, the room was clean and the bed was cozy. Staff seemed lazy and unwilling to help. Unfriendly. It felt as if they didn't want to be there. The property had trash where there shouldn't be trash. The free breakfast choices were minimal. Options were a waffle, oatmeal, boiled egg or yogurt. Staff refused to allow anyone to check in before 3pm, even though there were plenty of available rooms. I arrived at 3pm to a lobby of guests waiting to check in.

Noisy at night
-
That bathrooms need to be remodeled and front door needs to be fixed.
-
yes everythig was exelent, just for the parking we have to pay separate

This is a very nice hotel to sleep in. Definitely a great location to see everything downtown has to offer. But the property is a bit dated and the rooms certainly look their age. All in all not bad for the location but definitely not the best if you're looking for a long-term stay.
-
Good location but parking with an SUV, large car or truck is a nightmare. Old and worn out but clean and breakfast was nice.

The proximity to the the Convention Center was excellent. The front desk staff was helpful when I reached out. The bed was very comfortable. There were little issues like cobwebs in the corners, but otherwise it was clean. It was a nice surprise to have both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. I would definitely return.
