The bathroom shower did not work. The restaurant, menu, and food were not pleasurable. Breakfast was horrible. It was not an enjoyable dining experience.

The check in process is super easy, bartending staff was super friendly we came back hours later for another round after our concert. Super convenient to the arena!

Property is great, self parking is directly next to hotel and affordable in addition to valet. Room was beautiful and hotel is super well maintained.

This property exceeded all of my expectations except for one. The good the staff was excellent they were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The room was a single king with bed, lounge chair, wall mounted work area, refrigerator and TV; all fairly standard. More importantly the room was very clean and the air conditioner worked very well. The bad the lounge chair sat very low and uncomfortable. The worst part of the room was the very and way to soft mattress had some back soreness in the morning, to soft of a mattress.

First night 6/6 to 6/8 room was typical. Clean up neighborhood. Homeless people everywhere, walking in road, using the sidewalk for a toilet.

The check-in/ check-out process was quick and easy. The valet parking was also easy and the staff was friendly.
