Beautiful location, up to date rooms, great staff. We arrived late after hiking and they brought us large glasses of prosecco. The breakfast was the best we’ve had all trip and staff was very helpful and felt like they cared. N/A

The rooms were not cleaned each 3 days. It was on the 4th day I had to call and ask for toilet paper and to clean. Even then it wasn't for several hours that anyone came and I had to call again.

Convenient location, shuttle service from the car park. Staff was very friendly, rooms were nice! Confusing shuttle system. Shuttle to the lift would also be helpful.
