Very basic breakfast There was no opportunity to make tea in the room, hotel wants guests to buy their tea at the bar.

Although breakfast was scheduled for 7:30 AM, due to the conference we were attending, we requested it to be prepared at 7:00 AM. They kindly accommodated our request and had our breakfast ready at 7:00 AM with the same warm smile. We are very grateful to them.

The location of the hotel is very close to the bus stop. The room is very clean with great view. Location and view from the room.

Overall pleasurable atmosphere. The owners are very nice and the whole place very wholesome. Rooms are clean and the location fantastic. Breakfasts are a bit too much on the simple side but it seems that its just how it is in Swiss hotels. No additional amenities- no fitness, no pool. Bit pricey but then again, so is the whole country.

friendly service from all staff. It’s a little walk from the main cable car station, but the hotel offers ski depot near the ski slope. breakfast was good. the description on booking.com was misleading. it says the room has a sitting area (we booked a panaroma double room). sofa was listed in the description. but that’s not the case. there’s no sofa in the room we got.
