Cleaning the room , the suit's small,l and the breakfast is very limited and there are no options

The AC is non-existent, the hallways were totally dirty, like nobody run the vacuum cleaner for weeks. They also left dirty glass cups in the room.

~15 minutes drive from Zell am See. No AC in the room, they say they have a cooling ceiling system, but it is not working. We had to keep the window open during the whole stay to decrease the temperature in the room (only a small part of the big windows can be opened). Unfortunately we stayed in a period where there was a strong smell in the village especially during the night (I think it was due to fertilization of the fields with cow manure).

New, clean, large room with comfortable amenities, free parking. Friendly staff. Breakfast selection was poor for the price, the room was too hot, courtains did not block all the light. The bed was firm.

Breakfast was fantastic. Nice facilities, good, central location (lots of shops around). Lovely sauna and amazing view of the mountains around. Had to pay for the parking space. It should be included in the rate.

My stay at Das Saal was absolutely delightful from start to finish. I spent five nights there and was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and convenience. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and having a real fridge added a fantastic touch of practicality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the thoughtful selection of pillows ensured a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was simply perfect, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. My mornings were made even better by the freshly prepared cappuccinos, which were a highlight. The hotel’s location is great — everything is within walking distance, yet it also offers a spacious and convenient parking garage for those traveling by car. One of the standout features was the sauna with a great view over the city and into the mountains. Finally, the staff deserve a special mention. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful.

New hotel. Awesome staff delicious food Cleaning in the rooms could be improved or better supervised. In 5 days they did not change linen even though we requested it.
