Nothing was unique.

Staff was amazing! Came in super late staff accommodated mt arrival time. Room was super clean bed was comfortable.

Booked this hotel last minute. When my husband and I entered the room, we were surprised on how nice the room looked. We had no problems during our stay.

Everything and the people running it are very nice Nothing they are amazing

I didnt like anything at all we did not stay there and they still charged us the place was horrible and I have pictures to prove it the look nothing like the pictures on booking.com the state there is a pool and all we got was a mound of dirt in the pool area Pool was under construction, caution tape wrapped around poles that looked like the building may collapse.

This is a place to stay as a last resort not a place to relax. Front desk lady is nice tho and very friendly.

Floor was dirty ish, was not a fan of the linoleum

The location was very good and beds were comfortable. The property was ok but there was not barely enough parking. Pool area was dirty. The door on our room did not close easily.

Did not eat there. I never looked to see.

The stay was overall nice and clean. It was definitely nice to just stay inside all day. Air conditioning was great. Microwave and fridge worked, was able to store leftover food and drinks. We were in town for a Wedding although, the day of, I came to find out that the blowdryer wasn't working and the iron was a little dirty with previous burn marks even with a little cleaning it left little black marks on our white dress shirts. All and all, was a good stay despite the little things that went wrong. Would definitely stay again!

We checked in, the owner or manager at the desk was very friendly, we got to our room and floor in our room was kind of like tile but the pattern you can't really tell if the floor was clean, however I could see mop marks and it didn't feel clean so after swimming of course we tracked some water in, so I got a towel to dry the floor and of course you just throw the towel down, and clean up the water and it was so dirty on the towel .. I called Expedia and they said that someone at the front desk would help me. So I called the front desk at first it did not go well, I told her to come down and see for herself. She came in. At first she was not friendly about it. So, she said you want to change rooms OR do you want me to have someone clean it? I said just have somebody come in the morning cuz it was already 10:00 at night. The maid did show up after we left for a few hours the floor was very clean and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The air conditioning works extremely well. One more note, the breakfast is continental.

Room was clean bed was comfortable! Pool was refreshing and hot tub was so relaxing. My kids and I had such a great weekend stay! Definitely will be returning! Thank you!

Dont show up early unless you want to pay an extra fee (roughly worth a tank of gas, since i cant post the amount) and the waffle maker was grimey.

When I got there, they gave me a dirty room. The lady blamed a housekeeper that was right there in the room. We went to the pool where the restroom was disgusting, there were no towels and when I went to ask the same lady for towels she said why do you need so many towels and I said it was for me and my kids and she said you’re supposed to use the pool towels and she said oh, I guess someone’s not doing their job. The next day I couldn’t get into my room and it was the same lady and I told her my key wasn’t working and she said oh, well when are you leaving, like she’s the one that checked me in and she didn’t pay attention to that. Then, they charged me a $50 fee blaming us for an x mark carved into something when my kids and I weren’t even there most of the time but to sleep, I would understand the stains on the cover from noodles the kids dropped but she said it stained down to the mattress, which it didn’t because I pulled the sheets back to help clean up before leaving and she said and she said “we check our rooms well before someone comes in.” Apparently not if you put me in a dirty room.

Tv did not work to well could not watch tv.

Easy access to everything in Ruidoso, staff was nice and rooms were nice.

Room was very clean

The room was not very clean. Bathroom corners and floor was filthy. There were even bugs crawling around. Pool wasn’t very clean or well maintained. No lighting or air in pool area. Breakfast was very limited and if you weren’t there early then you didn’t get anything. No bagels or anything hot. Would not stay here again!

The breakfast was limited & the room was not that clean. We found several bugs in the room (still alive). The air conditioner was very noisy & ran all the time. We did not use the hot tub or pool, due to cleanliness of the facilities.
