Staff was so kind and helpful even though we stayed 1 day. Also they have informed us before our arrival regarding an ongoing hot water issue where they offered a full refund or partial. That was a very kind behavior. The hotel was clean and had a free car park space. Breakfast is a typical Italian one but honestly good and tasty. Specially nothing. It's a price performance hotel closer to the city center and nothing I can mention as didn't t liked.

The reception staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is situated very near to bus stop to city center. Free and large car parking space. Breakfast was good. Overall great value for money. Nothing. We were here just for a night stay.

Just before check-in, we were unfortunately the victims of a car break-in. We arrived at the hotel completely shaken, emotionally exhausted, and without even basic necessities such as a toothbrush. In this very difficult situation, the front desk staff showed an extraordinary level of kindness and compassion. They immediately provided us with essential amenities, and even invited us to the lounge for a cup of tea to help us calm down. That small but thoughtful gesture meant more to us than words can describe. They also kindly provided cleaning tools and plastic sheets so we could safely deal with the shattered car window, doing so without the slightest sign of inconvenience or hesitation. Their natural and sincere willingness to help truly touched us and helped us regain some peace of mind. The following day, they continued to support us by patiently explaining where we could shop and find a pharmacy, and they made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. We have stayed in many hotels around the EU, but this was the first time we experienced such genuine,heartfelt hospitality. The warmth, empathy, and professionalism of the reception staff were truly exceptional, and we are profoundly grateful to them. This hotel’s greatest strength is not only its facilities, but the people who work there.
