Definitely the location. Parking was tight but not a big deal.

The room was clean when we arrived. A day later we saw ants crawling around & coming out of a crack on the floor near the shower. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel is under renovation which made it very noisy from 8:00 to 5:00. We did not know that was going on when we checked in. Check with them if you plan to stay there. The TV does not always work due to generic remote control problems.

We had a Wonderful breakfast, the hostess was kind and very helpful. We checked out and the young man was very friendly. Over all it was a great experience. I will definitely stay again and recommend it for sure.

As my experience the staff here is always friendly. Its my second time staying here with my family. Breakfast is good also. The only issue I had this time was our room door was a little hard to close, but other than that it is a nice place.
