Best Western At O'Hare

Recent renovations improved most of the building and rooms. The staff was friendly but when asked for an extra blanket they said they didn’t have any, even though we later saw them in the laundry room. The breakfast was nice to have but options were limited. The bathroom was very small with no counter space. Cleanliness is a big factor for me and our room was very clean when we arrived.

Needs to add shuttle service from ORD OR JUST TELL PEOPLE HOW TO USE THR BLUE LINE AND THE BUSS TO GET THERE ON THEIR WEBSITE. in fact given the crowded place where the shuttles run, the $5 for s day pass for the cta is a deal.

Room was clean. Nice to have parking included with room cost. Close to multiple restaurants. Perfect for catching a flight out of O’Hare the next morning!!

Booked King Suite for 3 nights and Hotel was over sold… Was put in regular King room and lied to about refunding the deference or accommodating us. Given the same old story about it’s the hotel’s fault or it’s the booking fault. End of the I lost!

Kind of pathetic they don't have internet to cover the entire hotel when all they would need to do is add an inexpensive range extender farther down. I stayed here to visit the city, and there is a bus route right at the corner that takes you to the blue line (which also will bring you to O'Hare). It's a long ride into the city (about 1 hour), but I found it to be worth it for the much lower hotel rate.

Website advertised 24hour airport shuttle. There was no shuttle at all. No solutions to this offered by hotel staff. False advertising.

We were hot and tired and the room was comfortable and clean for a night. Check in was a bit slow. The hotel advertised there was a hotel shuttle to and from the airport. I called three times before an answer and was told the shuttle was in the shop and not running. We were responsible for our own transportation. After a 21 hour day of flying, delays, and rerouting this was extremely frustrating to find out after 40 minutes of calling and looking for the shuttle there wasn’t one. We took an Uber to get there. There wasn’t no consideration given for a discount on the room or refund of money spent. The property said that since we prepaid through booking.com.

Online it said they had an airport shuttle but they did not. So after waiting at the airport for 30 minutes waiting for a BW shuttle to show up with all the other hotel shuttles we had to take a cab.

Appropriate for our nightly stay. Clean, comfortable and supplied what we needed. Nothing for a one night stay. The breakfast selection could have been better but that is minor.
