Location,location, location excellent Would have liked more healthy breakfast options

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We booked a two bedroom suite for our family of four. There was plenty of room for everyone. The suite even included two bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the street. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and quiet for a good nights sleep. Staff accommodated an early check out and even brought breakfast to our room the night before so we had something to eat before we left. A very short walk to the Vatican and the Ottaviano Metro stop. I would recommend a stay. It was a little confusing on how to access the property upon arrival. A better explanation ahead of time would have been great, but a quick call to the property cleared up everything. We only needed to ring the bell and staff buzzed the door for entry.

Staff was friendly, attentive, polite, professional, breakfast was delicious with great coffee and juice, room cleaned every day with crisp linen, cozy with a balcony, safe, and steps from the Vatican We had a wonderful stay so no negative comments about the property

We liked the location the cleanliness of the room and the property. It was in walking distance to some really great restaurants and to the Vatican. It’s about a 40 min walk to the Trevi Fountain and 35 min to the Spanish steps. But the walk is beautiful. Did not expect the room to be as small. But it was very comfortable.

Very clean, modern rooms with a decent breakfast each morning, right in the heart of Rome. Located just blocks from Vatican City, we found our rooms to be comfortable and spacious, given their location in the expensive, busy city of Rome. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to access our rooms early and holding our luggage for us on the day we left. The rooms aren't cheap, but Rome isn't either, and we found the location value to be very good. The breakfast could be a little more extensive, but we found it to be more than adequate and tasty. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay in this excellent location at a very clean, modern hotel.

Location and the super staff. I would have appreciated more breakfast options. Boiled egg, oatmeal, more fruit, and meat options.

We were in walking distance to the Vatican and many restaurants and shops. We also walked to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps. The room was a little smaller than I had anticipated.

Location is excellent. Room is a comfortable size, balcony was delightful, breakfast good. Noise from other guests using their balcony late at night.

Receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. Mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom smelled like mold, and after a shower the entire room smelled.

The location is fantastic—very safe and conveniently located close to both the Vatican and the city center. The apartments are spotless and highly functional, and we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided. The managers are incredibly polite and attentive to their guests’ needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay; we highly recommend this property!

This was the best place to stay in Rome . We loved the location and the proximity for sightseeing and really good restaurants. Very pleased and would highly recommend to anyone. Nothing negative to report. The is a lovely place to stay.

location and room breakfast was all sweets, no protein, eggs could have been served at least 2 a day per guest.

The location was great and staff were very friendly. The A/C worked very well. The balcony was large and a lovely outdoor space to be. The bed was very uncomfortable and not a real bed, just two mattresses pushed together. Both the shower and the tap had water spraying out sideways. We did not realize how small it was, hard to open a suitcase (or 2) anywhere and it was challenging for my 6’4 partner to use the shower and toilet. There were no mirrors and no full length mirror, only the small bathroom vanity mirror. Overall we stayed at a few similarly priced places in Rome that were significantly more comfortable, nicer, way more space and functional for travelling, and just gave us the experience of a romantic stay.

Location was excellent and information and helpfulness of staff was superb. Did not find anything that we did not like.
