Sergio and the rest of the staff were helpful and fun to talk with. The breakfast was fantastic, and the breakfast service was perfect. The location was good for walking and for public transit. It is a non-smoking hotel. The room was smaller than expected from the photos online, and the elevator was tiny. There was nighttime street noise from a nearby restaurant.

Comfortable hotel. Well located near Termini railway station, Metro and buses. Easy access to all the main attractions. All staff were friendly and helpful. Some nice, good value restaurants close by. We were given a room (Rm 202) with a stone balcony overlooking the street which was a fantastic place to sit outside after a tiring day sightseeing.

staff were very helpful the housekeeping turned off our air con one day and it took a while for the room to cool down, otherwise they were wonderful

We loved the customer service by every staff member which was exceptional ! The room and bathroom was spacious; the room had a kettle and coffee pod machine including coffee pods which were replenished daily. The hotel was sparkling clean! We also liked that it was a short walk to several nearby restaurants, a pharmacy and approximately a 10 minute walk to Rome Termini. We liked everything about this place. Everything was good.

The breakfast was lovely, the location was very convenient, the hotel was clean and well looked after and most important of all the staff were without exception the most helpful and friendly staff we have ever experienced at any hotel. We wish we would’ve booked for a longer time!
