The B&B is family-run. The Deluxe room is the main building, while the Depandance and Family rooms are also located in the Celio district, strategically located close to the main monuments. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, coffee maker, and private bathroom (en suite), ensuring maximum comfort. Breakfast can be included or excluded from the room rate. It is available at our restaurant, Il Bocconcino, located just steps from the main building. Absolutely brilliant close to collosium and everything you need apartment was huge and very comfortable The bed was broke but it was so big I was still able have a good sleep

The property is clean and had real air conditioning we visited during early August. We were hot in most of our stays at other properties,this property had proper a/c and was really comfortable. Francesca the lady that managed our booking was really nice and helpful.

We had a great stay in Rome. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants and trattorias nearby at very reasonable prices. The room is part of a larger apartment with other guest rooms, but it is completely private and has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a fridge with water. There is plenty of space, so you don’t need to use the shared areas at all if you don’t want to. In fact, during our entire stay we didn’t meet any of the other guests. There is also a shared common area where you can have breakfast or relax, and a shared balcony with a beautiful view towards the Colosseum and the lively street below. One evening we bought some ham, salami and fresh bread and had our own dinner on the balcony while enjoying the view – a lovely experience and one of our favorite memories from our stay in Rome. There is a Carrefour nearby for groceries and plenty of good trattorias and restaurants within walking distance. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation, especially for its excellent location and the wonderful view. Nothing – everything met our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay

The self check-in process was smooth and well explained, and she was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome.
